Peace agreement signed by YP.

n order to settle a court dispute in case number A40-209492 / 18-162-1701, considered
by the Moscow Arbitration Court, at the suit of LLC Agrokrops Rus to LLC COMPANY
YOUR PRODUCT for recovery of debt collection in the amount of 5,596,790 rubles . 45
kopecks under the Delivery Agreement No. 0109 / AG / 2017 of 01.09.2017, interest on
the amount of the debt,
Guided by Articles 139-141 of the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian
Federation, we entered into this Settlement Agreement as follows:

1. In accordance with this Settlement Agreement, the Parties recognize that the
Respondent has a debt to the Claimant under the Supply Agreement No. 0109 / AG /
2017 in the amount of:
5 596 790 rub. (Five million five hundred ninety-six thousand seven hundred ninety)
rubles. 45 kopecks - the size of the principal debt under the Supply Agreement No. 0109
/ AG / 2017 dated September 1, 2017; ( TOTAL PRINCIPAL AMOUNT DUE)

499,609 (Four hundred and ninety-nine thousand six hundred and nine) rubles. 38
kopecks - interest rate under art. 395 of the Civil Code.
As agreed by the Parties, the calculation of interest under Art. 395 of the Civil Code of
the Russian Federation is carried out until February 28, 2019 inclusive. The interest rate
indicated in this paragraph of the Settlement Agreement is fixed. (INTEREST TILL
FEBRUARY)

2. On the basis of this Settlement Agreement, the Parties determined that the Claimant’s
legal expenses in the form of a paid state fee in the amount of 52,430 (fifty two thousand
four hundred thirty) rubles are to be charged to the Respondent. (STATE FEE WE PAID
TO COURT)

3. On the basis of this Settlement Agreement, the Parties determined that the expenses of
the Claimant for the services of representatives in the amount of 195,000 (One hundred
ninety five thousand) rubles 00 kopecks. shall be charged to the Respondent.

Total they pay: 6343829.82
