Location : Wall B (Canacelled)

(i) Provide protection for the surrounding area and floor.

(ii) Check and locate the water leakage along the crack at the retaining wall.
(iii) Drill holes along the crack at the retaining wall.
(iv) Fix the injectors into the drilled holes.
(v) Inject Tam PUR 150 or De Neef Ha Cut CFL AF, a flexible low viscosity
polyurethane injection resin for the crack.
(vi) Remove the injector and make good the holes with MasterSeal 590.
(vii) Apply two coats MasterSeal 581, a cementitious heavy duty waterproofing coating
6 mixed with diluted MasterEmaco A660 onto the injection area. 1 Sum 30,000.00 30,000.00
(viii) Cart away debris.

Remark:
1. Please refer to the attached drawing in the above items, the outside areas of these two
of "Injection and Waterproofing Area" will be calculated separately.
2. 1 year workmanship and material warranty is provided.
3. Material Lead Time : Approx. 1-2 Days subject to availability of stock.
4. Work Period : 1-2 Days.
