At Alomosa Organics, the entrepreneurs aim to offer budget-friendly, natural and organic

facial product like aloe vera that is safe and can give a lot of benefits to the face and skin. It is

effective, gentle, and all natural that is good to the skin which also makes worth naturalize.

Vision

As the executive brand marketed in San Pablo City, Laguna, Philippines, they have

visionary visualization that in 5 to 10 years, there will be a company that best understands and

satisfies the natural product, women and even men globally will love the Alomosa Organics that

will also have branches worldwide. By their consistency and innovation, the company will be

recognized by everyone and they will use the product of Alomosa organics which it will become

popular every year and they assure that in the near future, the natural beauty of each and every one

will glow.

Objectives

1. Customers - the targets or goals that their organization intends to achieve is to affirmatively

satisfy all of their customers and preserving their faces and skin without preservatives.

2. Business - they attain to function of having a professional business and to be a dedicated

individual and entrepreneur that will look for natural treatment where their competitiveness and

capabilities will be fully utilized with the advice from nature expert.

3. Community - they aim that the objective of community organization is to make a posh to the

differences among individuals, develop their self-confidence and also in community they aim to

provide quality goods and services.


Chapter 1
Nature of Business

Business Name

Alomosa Organics – Alomosa is the combination of the word Aloha which is a Hawaiian

word means “hi or hello” and also a word used when greeting or parting from someone and

Hermosa is a Spanish word which means “beauty.” Therefore, when those two words are

combined, it must be "Aloha, Hermosa!" or in English, is “Hello, Beauty!” The organic is

obviously a word for plant that will use which is the aloe vera. (scientific name: aloe barbadensis

miller)

For the business logo of entrepreneurs, they decided to give an explanation of their logo

and intend to explain each symbols. First is Aloe Vera, which can clearly be seen at the back of

the woman, symbolizes epitome of healing. It is the main source of the product, and aloe vera is a

common household plant known for its skin healing properties. Using aloe vera on the face can
help moisturize, rejuvenate, and exfoliate skin and can help treat various skin conditions, including

acne, eczema, sunburn, and many more. Then, those herbal plants that is in front of the woman

will also be the source of some of the “side products” that the entrepreneurs will recommend such

as Guava Leaves, Tea Tree, and Turmeric which are also good for the face and skin. Lastly, the

woman symbolizes beauty, exquisiteness, and being ethereal in a natural way. In short, just like

what in the business name, the woman in the picture which is totally all the women out there that

love to beautify and take care of their skin, but in this product of ours, we will used herbal and no

preservatives to make sure that it will lift up their natural beauty.

Business Slogan

"Let Nature Purify your Skin" is the slogan or tagline that’s made by the entrepreneurs

because it is connected to their business which is Alomosa Organics. This slogan suggests to let

nature purify your skin which is better if the products used for your face and skin are natural and

not those with chemicals and preservatives. As the saying goes, it is better if a person is naturally

beautiful so with Alomosa Organics, your Natural Hermosa (natural beauty) will come out!

Business Location

The entrepreneurs chose the online business since they do not have physical location and

it is clearly online in their business operation. Since they do not have any physical location, they

discussed the advantages and disadvantages in online business operation.

The advantages of having online business are, it is less hassle because it saves time, energy

and money since the costumers do not have to travel or to go to the store to purchase something

and the entrepreneurs do not have to worry about traffic jams because they can manage their

business online and they will only go to their office when it is needed, the business are open 24/7

and it can be accessed globally, the online business and marketing gives many ways to demonstrate
on how to use the product and today’s situation is still pandemic, it is better to stay, buy, and work

at home.

On the other hand, online business can also be disadvantageous. Entrepreneurs may face

inconvenience such as difficulty selling product since they cannot present their products and they

cannot do sales-talk. Also, customers may find it hard to decide if they will buy since they cannot

see the actual product unlike when there is a physical store where the customers can really check

the quality of the goods that they want to purchase. This may also cause trust issues between the

costumers and entrepreneurs due to some circumstances such as bogus buyers or scammers

resulting to false investment opportunities of the entrepreneurs. Also, it would cost a lot of money

for the delivery of the products especially when the distance from warehouse to the costumer’s

address is large.

Target Market
The customer that has the potential to buy the services of the entrepreneurs are mostly

women. Nowadays, skin care products are very popular in women, but because of the natural and

no preservatives or chemicals of the product at Alomosa Organics, it will definitely improve and

beautify the complexion for those who are willing to buy, especially women. Men and children

can also use the product if and only if needed, for instance, there is a wound in one part of the

body, aloe vera soap might help to clean and cure the wound. Also for adults to often remove the

wrinkles and ensures youthful look, but mostly, women want these kinds of beauty products. The

entrepreneurs will make sure that they will do their job well and make sure that the natural beauty

of women or most will bring out.

products that will be sold through online so that is why Alomosa Organics might have

competencies to other products, especially to those who also sell skin care products.

- There are also many things that can be considered a threat when it comes to their

product such as false information provided by the costumer and other skin care

products.
• Scammers

- Since the business is through online, entrepreneurs cannot avoid some scammers or

even bogus buyers resulting to false investment opportunities of the entrepreneurs.

Business Type

Alomosa Organics falls under the cottage type of business. According to (Kenton, 2020)

Cottage business type is a small-scale, decentralized manufacturing business often operated out

of a home rather than a purpose-built facility. Cottage industries are defined by the amount of

investment required to start which is ₱50,001 to ₱500,000. Alomosa Organics has the estimated

capital or investment of ₱90,000.

Business Organization

According to Rifkind Patrick a website containing information of business organization,

there are forms of business ownership. The partnership is a form of business organization in which

owners have unlimited personal liability for the actions of the business.

The owner of Alomosa Organics chose the partnership type of business. According to

(Kopp, 2021) the partnership type of business organization is a formal arrangement by two or more

parties to manage and operate a business and share its profits and liabilities. Partnership is an

arrangement where partners agree to cooperate to advance their mutual interest. It enables to go

into the business with someone else without the perceived formality of a limited company.

This type of organization has lots of advantages specially the source of the capital since

this kind of business has a much affluent source of capital sole proprietorship. Entrepreneurs

marked to be in this kind of organization to make it fair and square when it comes to their rights,

incomes, ownerships, and also their obligations.

deals with employees, keeps their records, and helps with any problems they might have in

business.

(Parsons, 2021) A personnel plan is a critical part of your business plan and financial

forecast. In addition to helping for budgeting the current and future employees, this will also a

basis on why the team is uniquely suited to grow and scale the business. Personnel of an

organization are the people who work for it and personnel department is responsible for the

management and motivation of people in the workplace.

The employees are the entrepreneurs’ most important customers because they can provide

crucial insights into the overall customer experience and to make the owner or personnel be

responsible to make their business innovative to all of the people to have positive and very well

insights.

serve this as one of their promotions because it works well

“Business Operation” is an overarching plan or map for your business. From investors to

executives to employees, operations involve very aspect of operating a business. Operations

include many moving parts, from personnel, to physical equipment, to goals.

The chapter helps the business to become ready for their monthly expenses. The business

knew how much money are needed for every month.

It also shows the target sales and that payback period of the business. This chapter aims

to inform owners or entrepreneurs about the business’ profits and revenue. To summarize this
