31 Yesterday, Olga (my wife) went to her hairdresser and well she became very upset as to what the
32 hairdresser explained. You see a few months ago this hairdresser made clear she and neither her
33 family would accept to be vaccinated due all the dangers around the vaccinations. However, now
34 she gave us the understanding that the Victorian Department of Health made clear if she didn’t
35 get vaccinated they would seal of the salon. Well, she had a rental contract for many years ahead
36 and so was left no alternative but against her will to be vaccinated, and so her family, including
37 her aging mother who has a pacemaker.
38 There can be absolutely no doubt that she never wanted to be vaccinated and as such she never
39 could be deemed to have given her consent.
40 In a recent judgment in NSW a judge claimed that while the State had no powers to force
41 vaccination it could restrict the rights of citizen. I disagree with this. And well you might argue
42 that that is immaterial that I may not agree with this decision but then you may in time learn that
43 would be utter foolish on your part to assume this.

10 My position is that not a single State/Territory can force any so called “vaccination” (jabbing)
11 and neither can use any coerce powers to cause anyone to be jabbed. As such, in my view the
12 judge was wrong in the hazard case.

15 entitle upon, would you not first ask to prove I have legal rights/powers to sell the vehicle?

16 rate as I understand it increases by about 8 to 9 fold where the pregnant mother is jabbed in the
17 first trimester. Yes, there were reports that there was no danger in pregnant women being
18 vaccinated but then those reports were exposed to be incorrect, and I understand the authors later
19 admitted they had been wrong.

9 Here we have TGA John Skerritt having made known on various occasions that he has
10 communication with other entities around the world, and yet somehow doesn’t know on about 27
11 October 2021 that already previously (July 2021) the truth was exposed about the misleading/

13 On 17 February 2021 he then as I understand during the interview with ABC Leigh Sales
14 claimed not to know about the origins of something used in the vaccines, which I find extra
15 ordinary where I without any kind of scientific or medical training have known about this for

17 is a person who is blatant ignorant to ensure proper consideration/supervision to the relevant

19 for using coercion also in my view underlines the total failure of any proper “clinical trials”

35 assurance, particularly for those exposed in early pregnancy. The study presents falsely
36 reassuring statistics related to the risk of spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy,
37 since the majority of women in the calculation were exposed to the mRNA product
38 after the outcome period was defined (20 weeks’ gestation). In this article, we draw
39 attention to these errors and recalculate the risk of this outcome based on the cohort
40 that was exposed to the vaccine before 20 weeks’ gestation. Our re-analysis indicates
41 a cumulative incidence of spontaneous abortion 7 to 8 times higher than the original
42 authors’ results (p < 0.001) and the typical average for pregnancy loss during this
43 time period. In light of these findings, key policy decisions have been made using
44 unreliable and questionable data. We conclude that the claims made using these data
45 on the safety of exposure of women in early pregnancy to mRNA-based vaccines to
46 prevent COVID-19 are unwarranted and recommend that those policy decisions be

5 This manipulation of statistics is also the problem! When “DOUBLE VACCINATED” are
6 claimed to be “unvaccinated” because those in power desire to continue to blame the
7 “UNVACCINATED” then this should underline that this has nothing to do with “health” but is
8 all about misusing statistics for political power purposes.
9 As I indicated above when a Federal Minister for Health Greg Hunt stands there while TGA
10 John Skerritt makes his claims about reports, which in my view clearly were already known for
11 months to be wrong in their claims, then how can anyone trust such a Minister to know what he
12 is talking about? After all, if he didn’t know he lacks competence to be “informed” and if he did
13 know but remained silent when TGA John Skerritt made the statements then this I view is a
14 conspiracy! After all, we have medical doctors who generally are parroting what they are told by
15 the TGA and the Department of health and if those are misleading/deceiving medical doctors
16 than the medical doctors in turn are misleading their patients, even if unintended.
17 Who can ignore the statement of Victorian AMA Dr McRae about unvaccinated persons? While
18 he later so it seems to me sought to back peddle what he stated nevertheless he had made I view
19 a serious error of judgment, and many who joined the so to say COVID death cult now will
20 likely pursue this. The harm is already done.

2 I have absolutely no doubt that regardless any agreement/contract that might have been entered
3 into with any pharmaceutical company where they are to avoid the rule of law then they are
4 nothing but a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and have no legal basis. As such, any
5 alleged shielding of any pharmaceutical company in my view have no legal validity. In my view
6 each and every pharmaceutical company can still be held legally liable for any adverse events

8 I understand that the so called “authorized officer(s)” entered the property without a search
9 warrant. This violates in my view the very requirement the Framers of the constitution embedded
10 in the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK) that “both sides” needs to be
11 heard before a court. One cannot have that one of the parties effectively take the law into his/her
12 own hand and ignore proper legal procedures to seek the impartiality of the Administration of
13 Justice to deal with an alleged controversy between the State and a citizen.

15 Also, the removal of confidential files of patients without a warrant issued by a competent court
16 of jurisdiction must be held unlawful.
17 Indeed, even searching through the files should be deemed unlawful.
18 Patients have a certain trust in the medical doctor and must be confident that their details remain
19 confidential unless each has specifically provided authorization for disclosure. Such as when a
20 specialist as my wife understood it essentially made clear that the specialist had indicated not to
21 worry about her heart, while 8 days later I rushed her to a hospital and then I was given the
22 understanding that had I not done so my wife would likely have died within hours of heart
23 failure, etc, then I authorized APHRA to investigate matters. As such, the system is in place for
24 consent to be provided.

28 With the raid upon Dr Mark Hobart I understand has a Victorian Sunshine Clinic we cannot have
29 anyone merely having a jacked with “Authorised Officer” printed on it and then disregard the
30 rule of law. If indeed “Authorised Officer” means to act within the powers of the Department of
31 health, then why did at least to my observation not a single police officer claiming to enforce
32 mandates of the Chief health Officer to display such wording?
33 Neither can the usage of “Authorised Officer” have any meaning unless they are authorized by a
34 competent court of jurisdiction to act within provisions of any warrant.
35 Moreover, in my view any itinerary ought to have been made ((if any removal in the first place
36 was authorized, that is) of each and every file and pages so removed. The moment those files

1 with their content were removed from the doctors surgery it means that there is no knowing what
2 really might be ending up in the itinerary and what is kept from it.
3 The removal of the appointment book containing details of other patients to whom may have
4 been no relation to what the “Authorised Officer(s)” were claiming to be lawfully entitled to take
5 means that in my view they unlawfully removed information/details in that regard. That I view
6 also should constitute theft.
7 I do not know if the “raid” was relating to any COVID issue, but if this were to be so then I view
8 this was in that regard also unconstitutional because as I have made clear the COVID “man-
9 kind” (infectious) disease issue is an “exclusive” Commonwealth power.
10 As such, the alleged PROHIBITION NOTICE by or on behalf of a person named Ross Hill, I
11 view was and remain to be unlawful.
