Responsibilities:
According to client drawings, consultant drawings, structural and architectural drawings, I have to
prepare design drawings and construction drawing after shop drawings, schematic drawings, calculations
sheets as per client specifications.

And based on site conditions we have to select AHU, FCU, VAVs, FAD, MD, MSFDs, as per calculations
etc. Then we have to prepare duct and chilled water routeing with flow rates, sizes, symbols and all MEP
discipline drawings.

Need to coordinate with other services like plumbing, electrical, beams, archducal to avoid the clashes. I
have to use REVIT models and Naviswork manager for clash deductions and analyzing the drawing, need
to prepare models Revit. And preparing the sections for understanding the site installation conditions.

Red markup drawings (As build drawings):

As per site condition, we have to check all the drawing. If any changes happened in installation time I
have mentioned that on drawings sheets with Red Marker Red markup lines on drawings sheets. After
I have to submit Red marked drawings sheets to the design department. I have to do modifications on
drawing for future installations.

As a Revit MEP Modeler, CAD Draftsman, I have responsibility for the following things:

➢ All drawings are according to the dimension

➢ Quality checking of completed drawings.
➢ All specification based client requirements and Catalogues

GIS Projects:
➢ Hill Mapping, Belgium.
➢ Historical land use data
➢ .Pizza hut root mapping, USA.
➢ Ocean Level Counters UK.
Environment:

➢ AutoCAD 2D and 3DModeling,

➢ Autocad Mapping
➢ GIS Softwares
➢ Micro station and MapInfo.
GIS projects like Landscaping, Geo-mapping, and navigation mappings for ships and Railways. Preparing
the contour lines based on given data as index contours and contours numbering for hill and mountain
areas.

Mapping for roads bridges and Railway lines etc., Based on client requirements and specifications we
have to mention all GIS symbols.

Some projects are capturing places with lines and satellite photos with that information will be converted
to PDF file format for sending to the client through FTP based server.
