Dear Sir,

I am Ashwani Kumar studying in MCA final year and residing in the college hostel, Room No. 24, Block B. I would like to
draw your attention towards the room I am residing which is in quite a bad shape due to broken furniture and fixtures.

I am living in this room for the last 6 months along with my room partner who is in a different class. we have been living
in this room which has numerous problems like double bed with broken leg, wardrobe infested with termite and the
chairs which have faulty hydraulic system.

Since the room furniture is one of the basis amenities required for a comfortable stay but in this case, it is bothering us
to even perform mundane tasks. We have got our bed and wardrobe repaired from the hostel maintenance. However,
there is no respite and the situation is getting worse by each passing day and hampering in our regular studies.

I would request you change this accommodation from B Block to the newly constructed C Block which has all the
amenities including newly constructed beds, wardrobes and chairs. I would highly appreciate your cooperation in this
regard.
