Activity:
The session started at 8:00 a.m. on May 27, 2021 via google meet. The
demonstrator shows us his method/techniques in teaching his subject amid pandemic.
The demonstrator uses self-made videos using KineMaster.
Insight:
There were learning’s gained in the LAC/Demonstration most especially on how
to actively involve learners in an online class. The way the teacher (demonstrator)
chooses his technique was very effective most especially in catching the attention of
the learners.

Activity:
The session started at 8:00 a.m. on May 25, 2021 via google meet. Teacher
Nelyvic started first the demonstration and followed by Teacher Elvis. The two uses
different activities that are suited to their subjects.
Insight:
The most important thing that I learned and will adapt that the two demonstrators
used in their class is the use of mother tongue in the assessment part (Teacher Elvis).
I think, I will going to use that method too because I find it effective and interesting.

Activity:
Thru google meet, the session started at 8:00 a.m. together with Mr. Henry
Languisan as the rate. They showed unique strategies in teaching science in this
pandemic. Joybell started the discussion first and followed by Mrs. Barzal. The
session ended at exactly 10:00a.m.
Insight:
In this session, I will adapt the technique of Mrs. Barzal. I think it will be also
effective in my subject and will easily caught the attention of my learners, but before
using such, I need to make sure first that my students must have strong internet
connection.

Insight:
Using KineMaster, I am going to make my class different. Instead of
downloading videos, I am going to make my own video and upload it in Youtube.
From that, I will just let my student access my channel for additional resources for
their module.

Activity:
The session started at 8:00 a.m. in the Dolimaman’s Room, Teacher Debie
started the discussion and followed by Teacher Sigabu. Their technique involves
individual and group activities. In the demonstration of teacher Debie, she used
different strategies like poster making, song association, poem and uses different ICT
tools. While teacher Sigabu, it’s more like practical application of the lesson.
Insight:
Employing different strategies in teaching really caters all types of learners. But
in doing such, make sure that you are well prepared and have enough time for that
activity.
In the demonstration of Teacher Sigabu, although she provides all the necessary
ingredients for the activity, I still suggest that she should make some revisions or
made innovation in some ingredients.

Individual and group activity was employed during their demonstration
Insight:
It is really important to have Plan B if incase your original plan in your lesson
won’t work.

The demonstration started at 1:00pm by Mrs. Hezle via google meet, followed by
Teacher Goldwin and lastly, Teacher Alona. Each teacher uses different
methods/approaches in attacking their classes. This makes their technique effective
because they easily attract the student’s attention and interest.
Insight:
Using video lessons to minimize the talking of teacher and for better
visualization.
The use of models in teaching most especially 3D model for better appreciation.
