Healthy Health for Healthy Happiness

Abstract
Most of the studies and research conducted on the relationship of human health and happiness have
come to a common conclusion that healthy health results in a healthy happiness. From a study
conducted in 2005 by Andrew Steptow and Michael Marmot, findings have found that happiness is
clearly related to biological markers that play an important role in health. The most peak moment or
the unsaturated level of happiness in human life appears only once and that is stage of the foetus in
the mother’s womb. The foetus is protected from all kinds of detrimental factors, but the saddening
part of this stage is that it always remains as a theory to be read but never remembered consciously
by an individual. One of the important factor that always constraint happiness when taking human
health is the age and its related illness.
Keywords:Transition factor, acceptance factor, common illness, precautions.

Section I
The entire human life is a continuous process.
One stage leads to an upgraded and a follow
up stage . Stages can be classified by many
ways such as physical , growth factors ,
memory capacity and age. The division of
human life based on age is as follows
 Birth,
 Childhood
 Adolescence
 Young adult
 Middle Age
 Old Age Death.
Each stage is accompanied by the needed
happiness however many demanding factors
