HR AND MARKETING

This goal of the course is to enhance students' ability to critically examine corporate
processes. Various business methods have been linked to related sectors, with particular
emphasis placed on this. In addition, it focuses on the analysis of key business data.
Furthermore, it is stated that business-related difficulties require the use of technical and
professional abilities. This course examines the importance of working together to solve
organisational problems 

My Proficiencies

We had to work together as a team to complete the final strategy exercise, so I was
assigned the roles of human resources and marketing manager. In contrast, corporate
management is something I've been proficient at throughout my time here.

For the first time, it is my job as a human resources manager to keep tabs on the company's
employees. This is a new idea to me as an accounting student, but after getting the right
study materials and having convenient internet access, I quickly got used to it and
understood it. In human resources, I altered the beginning pay criterion and placed an
emphasis on productivity-enhancing training for employees.

As head of human resources, I'm also responsible for a number of marketing tasks that are
critical to our pricing strategy. It is my objective to employ more marketing techniques like
more advertising for the firm to improve sales. Considering that they're all new concepts,
I've already grasped them all, including endorsements and the advantages that come with
them. Through this experience, the ability to cooperate has improved, which is critical for
business management.

Because to the present HR manager, we have been able to hire personalities for marketing
and discuss with financial managers regarding finances required to update the plant.

Learning outcomes

In a professional setting, I've improved my communication skills. I've also honed my skills as
a team player to help the team reach its objectives. Throughout my career, I've grown and
improved my expertise. In addition, I've grasped the concept of IT abilities. I've honed my
ability to respond to trying circumstances. As a final benefit from taking this course, I now
include ethical considerations into my decision-making process.
