HR AND MARKETING
In the final corporate strategy exercise, I was assigned the role of human resources and
marketing manager, which is a critical component of the course since it teaches
collaboration. On the other hand, management of the business is a new talent that I've
acquired during my term.
Since a human resource manager, my duty is to supervise the company's employees, as this
is the first time I've acquired this expertise. The company's overall managers are expected to
boost productivity, which is a novel idea for an accounting student, but with adequate study
instructions and access to the internet, I became accustomed to it. In human resources, I
alter the criteria for basic salaries and place a premium on training that enhances worker
productivity.
Not only do I have HR responsibilities, but I really have marketing responsibilities, which are
critical for the company's pricing strategy. Additional marketing tactics, such as more
advertising for the firm, are introduced, and my objectives are established to improve the
company's sales. A new significant idea, such as celebrity endorsements and their
associated advantages, as well as advertising expenses and rebates, since they are all new
concepts, but I successfully mastered them all. A new talent that has been acquired in this
situation is an increase in cooperation abilities, which is critical for company management.
