In general, this subject's objective is to synthesise knowledge acquired throughout the

programme in order to demonstrate skill of the diverse unit's competencies. Additionally,
through this subject, I've understood about one of the most critical elements in the actual
world: the capacity to resolve disorganised issues. I've learnt in this topic that the unit
blends the aspects of the accounting discipline and the difficulties confronting a professional
accountant.

“CAPACITY FOR TEAM MANAGEMENT”

The primary ability that is acquired realistically in this topic is team management, as all of
the BSG's tasks are performed in teams. Is interconnected; for example, in my job, if I
wanted to update the plants, I would talk with the company's finance manager, since he
would organise the funding to upgrade the plants. Not only finance, but also marketing and
operations are interconnected, and pricing must be adjusted in line with the quality of shoes
and corporate models.

“LEARNINGS RELATED TO THE BSG”

As an accounting and management student, I am familiar with costing and strategies for
reducing operational costs, but I am unaware of the actual implications of various expenses,
such as overall quality management charges of the firm, on the market and the industry.
Not only that, I've learnt how to balance quality and affordability. As per the company's
guidelines, I've learnt about the different material costs and how an external supplier may
impact the company's costs, as we purchased some stuff from them as well. While demand
and supply principles had been studied previously, this course taught students how
distribution works in practise. I've learnt that with some capital expenditure, a business may
decrease its operational costs.

“LEARNING AND GROWTH IN FINAL PROJECT”

Overall, from the company's management, I've learnt about doing critical analyses on
concepts in order to better grasp how businesses and associated professions operate in a
globalized economy. I am now capable of differentiating business challenges via study and
using creative and critical thinking to business issues. I am familiar with CSR (corporate
social responsibility) initiatives, but it is through this subject that I have observed how
different actions may impact the market.

One significant change I've seen towards the conclusion of this topic is in communication,
since producing several reports and presentations has polished my communication abilities,
which will aid me in obtaining work.
