My Impression during SBM WinS Orientation

To our ever dearest District Head Madam Teresa O. Labareño, to all our energetic Principals,
School Heads, District SBM WinS Coordinator and School SBM WinS Coordinator, a pleasant good
afternoon!
I am task to share the impression of this one day orientation on SBM Wins Program. Based on
this orientation, I learned that DepEd WinS Program is design to achieve learning and health
outcomes of Filipino learners through sustainable school-based WASH program that will protect the
conditions that would hamper their development.
With this vision of DepEd, when Maam Gina Pacurza chatted me to give an impression about
this orientation, I am hesitant because there are teachers who are more qualified than me. But, as we
all know, teachers are always ready. Just like the motto of girls scout “Be Prepared Always”.
So, let me start with the venue of this orientation, we can’t say any negative words because all
what we need as participants were present. Comfortable seats, well-lighted room, electric fan,
extension wire, comfort rooms and most important, the devices used during presentation are all in
good condition except of some very slight problem which was solved easily.
To the Facilitators, Maam Teresa O. Labareño who discussed the topic comprehensively, the
importance of this program and its help to the school. She explained well especially the MOV’s to
prepare in every indicators and techniques just to comply all the needed documents. She opens our
heart to accept the challenge as one of the nominees in the district to be validated by the Division SBM
Wins Team. At first, my school head was doubtful to accept due to financial shortage but with the
encouragement of her fellow school heads as well as our district head, we are motivated to do so. We
teachers are committed to produce competitive and productive learners but before we realized that,
we have to ensure that our school is safe and healthy to play with, study and make friends. To Maam
Gina Pacurza, our District SBM WinS Coordinator, thank you for being very much approachable
and accommodating. You always answered our queries even you’re also busy preparing other
documents. To TWG team, if I’m not mistaken, who assist Maam Gina Pacurza in preparing
Certificates, attendance, program, slides and documenter, the orientation flows smoothly because of
you guys. This activity
ended successfully because of the people behind who are all brilliant and knowledgeable. They taught
as to have a positive attitude towards the implementation of this program.
