Report On Workplace Improvements

Introduction
The aim of this report is to outline the deficiencies in my work environment, to
demonstrate the suggestions which we have been made for improvements and to
make recommendations.
The work environment
Nowadays, my work place has to deal with so many problems. At first, the main
problem for my work area is facilities and the air-corn system which make stuffs
feel nervous and dissatisfied. The reason is that most of the facilities and buildings
are old and even rusty. Especially, the office chairs are uncomfortable and
employees who spend most of their time in front of the screen complain about
them. For the air-conditions, some of them make weird noise as they were
bought many years ago. Because of those noises the majority of staff can’t focus
on their work.
Employees suggestions and advice
For those staff who were asked, they made these following suggestions. Firstly, to
provide a staff social club where employees could chat with each other and relax
in the break time. Secondly, most of the staff suggested repairing or buying some
facilities and air-conditioners in order to feel more chill out and avoid distractions
from the noises. Lastly, I personally think that it is not totally necessary but some
people give the advice of separating rooms such as meeting room, discussion
room, offices and etc.
Recommendations
From the suggestions above, I would recommend replacing air-corns and
changing some outdated facilities into modern. Because, I strongly believe that
these two changes are urgently needed for my work environment and will have
positive effects on employers and stuff.
