ONTHE 1st DAYOF — November ,2021 AT 1250 HAM CPM.
[Anthony Villa (defendant) was observed by a wiiness ata vacant residence. Anthony was observed by
lthe witness as he was “chopping up” several Honda Civics in efforts fo alter the true identities of the
lvehicles. Per the witness, the public VIN plates had been removed and swapped onto other Civics,
|again, in efforts to alter the true identities of the vehicles. At one point, Anthony told the witness he stole
lone of the Civics from Jasmine Lakes. Follow up investigation at the vacant residence discovered 14
|Hondas, all in a state of dismantling and alteration and all missing the public VIN plates with 12 of the 14
lvehicles confirmed via NCIC/FCIC as stolen from mutiple jurisdictions.
