[Anthony Villa (defendant) was observed by a wiiness ata vacant residence. Anthony was observed by lthe witness as he was “chopping up” several Honda Civics in efforts fo alter the true identities of the lvehicles. Per the witness, the public VIN plates had been removed and swapped onto other Civics, |again, in efforts to alter the true identities of the vehicles. At one point, Anthony told the witness he stole lone of the Civics from Jasmine Lakes.
