gloating regarding their alleged successes in their cases. If so esteemed and
competent lawyers are effective and experts for so many clients, then why did GSL

miserably fail to effectively represent Ulysses T. Ware, Esq. in 04cr1224 and
05cr1115 (SDNY) and investigate the facts (see attachments, infra), investigate the
relevant law, draft memoranda, file basic discovery motions, file motions to
dismiss the risible and fabricated charges, challenge the government risible trial
theories and serve as Mr. Ware’s Sixth Amendment counsel?
Was GSL bribed by the Government the same as the Government bribed
Jeremy Jones, their “principal witness” in 05cr1115, and his court-appointed CJA
lawyer, Marlon G. Kirton, Esq., to conceal Jones’ bogus, illegal, and unethical
perjury contract USSG 5k cooperation agreements and kickbacks? See p. 10, infra.
GSL is liable to Ulysses T. Ware, their former client, in the sum certain amount of
$2.225 billion dollars, for pain and suffering, intentional infliction of emotional
distress, fraud, conspiracy, ineffective assistance of counsel, racketeering to
obstruct justice, and other torts.

Clear and convincing evidence of willful negligence, fraud, deceit,
misrepresentation, collusion, conspiracy, ineffective assistance of
counsel, fraudulent inducement, breach of contract, aiding and abetting
a fraud on the court, conspiracy to obstruct justice, willful violations of
Local Rule District Court (SDNY) 1.5(b)(5), the Rule of Professional

(SDNY) indictment: according to FINRA’s May 17, 2021, certification,
unregistered broker-dealers, legally ineligible for any Rule 144(k)
exemption, or circumvention of the strict-liability registration
provisions of Section 5 of the 1933 Securities Act.1

The State Bar of GA, Office of the General Counsel, is currently stalling, obstructing, and impeding the
bar grievances filed by Ulysses T. Ware on August 11, 2021, against Garland, Arora, Samuel, and Levitt.
The State Bar is deliberately, willfully, and in bad faith acting in collusion and conspiring with the Chief
District Judge (SDNY) Laura Taylor-Swain, see Local Rule District Court (SDNY), Rule 1.5(b)(5), to cover
up and conceal the misconduct and ethical violations of GSL, and the DOJ’s prosecutors that appeared
before the District Court (SDNY) in 04cr1224 and 05cr1115 (SDNY).

Fabricated and forged by the State Bar of GA: Mr. Ware was not convicted nor
in custody anywhere in the United States on January 15, 2007, according to
Bureau of Prison’s records. A clear-cut fraud by the State Bar of GA.
