Include the confirmation/reservation numbers, phone numbers, and addresses for flights,
trains, rental cars, cabs, and hotels.

Include estimated travel time from the airport to the hotel or other destinations, as well as
information on potential delays due to traffic, road construction, and inclement weather.

Travel itinerary is like guide lang or list of timeable to our plans, this includes the
destination na pupuntahan natin at specific time and means ng transportion to get there,
also the time of flight (time of departure and time of arrival, airport transfer arrangement,
hotel, this ensure the you can manages your time.
bago tayo gumawa ng travel itinerary we have to discuss with our boss muna their
travel preferences we need to learn how they want to access the itinerary, as well as
their likes and dislikes.

like if gusto ba bila iprioritize yung comfort nila and convience or saving the company
money, whether they prefer digital itineraries or paper itineraries?, kung anong seats ba
gusto nila economy class, business class or the first class lang to save money and kung
paano nila gusto ispend yung time nila before and after meetings.

and also we need to understand the purpose and goals of the trip Whether they are
traveling for business or pleasure, through this you are prepared your boss every part of
the trip.

and if we are to make a travel itinerary we should include some free time. as for
instance nga you have an estimation na your boss will arrive at 6am at his destination
hindi mo naman pwede ilagay sa itinerary nya na 6am arrival and at 6:30am same day
may appointment agad sya, you should allow time between and travel time between
appointments and allow relaxation time after arriving kase baka may jetlag pa sya.

and another is if may gustong gawin yung boss mo for example is they want to stick in
their exercise routine while away or if gusto nila siam yung aswa nila along the trip, we
should leave a room to their plan and for other activities.

3RD SLIDE

another useful document is a travel planning checklist, which goes on the details of the,
airline, flight number, reservation yung hotel bookings.
we should determine what destination and kung ano yung currency nila and their
exchange rates and
we should also find out how much cash they allowed to take into the destination country
and what the baggage allowance is. then our itinerary if paano iikot yung trip and of
course yung mga legal documents we should determine if a visa is required to travel to
the destination country, health certificate etc

need natin to I double check we don’t want to receive a call diba saying may problema
sa ticket and booking because sa mistyped na information, they is why we should
create a checklist before the trip to double check everything to prevent mistakes.

4TH SLIDE
As for the travel documents and related arrangements
Passport which verifies a person’s identity and nationality and must be valid for the trip,
they need passport para maidentify yung identity nila and nationality in a different
country but is around trip flight as for business trip, need and passport so that you can
prove that kaya mong bumalik sa home country mo and not get stuck for a while in the
country you are visiting.
as instance if vacation, if you a government employee, you can present your
government id as well as your authorization to travel syempre if pinayagan ba kayo
magtravel ng walang pending works.

Visa: Official document giving permission to travel to, enter, or stay in a foreign country.
Visa is simply is the permission of the country you are arriving to be allowed to enter.
Inissue to ng immigration officer of a certain country, na pwede kang tumuloy, tumira,
and uamalis in a specific period of time
Visas, control and keep secure a country’s borders, and they because they want to
know who is in their country and don't want everyone to arrive and stay at the
government expense.

Driver’s License: this also serves as an additional source of identification

so if gusto mo ng manager mo mag rent ng car abroad to drive need nya lang mag
apply ng international driver permit
and requirements lang naman dito is his legal driver’s license and passport photo.

IMMUNISATION FORM: health certificate or medical.

Pero in some countries naman hindi naman to compulsory but is advised.
so better arrange for a medical check 4 – 6 weeks prior the trip.

Travel Insurance certificate: halimbawa may emergencies so pwedeng icover ng

travel insurance medical expenses like hospitalisation and pwedeng hindi or can ba
refuse if walang proof of funds or travel insurance.

5TH SLIDE

Hindi pwedeng iwanan ang business card for your business trip packing. kase hindi mo
naman alam if you’ll bump into someone who could be great addition to your network or
for your business venture, and if cases they want to get in touch with you, they will know
if paano ka cocontackin. so bring a generous supply of business cards so you don’t run
out and also business cards open a door for a possible business transaction, allows
personal encounter between two parties which is a crucial element of creating a
business connection.
6TH SLIDE
for this hindi naman porket wala yung manager mo is you have to slack off we will still
have to meet dealine and complete our task and duties that were set aside while you
were preparing for the trip. not because the manager is away kailangan na natin
magpabaya so during this time we need to keep the office functional and productive
focus and keep up with everyday administrative duties such as responding to e-mails,
answering calls, handling queries, replying to and sending out business correspondence

update the manager on his return

7TH SLIDE

update mo lang yung maganer mo if anong nagyari sa development ba or event that

took place habang wala sya
you can also send letter duon sa inviduals na kameet nya.

we also have to prepare reports or kung anong document na needed as a result of the
trip
