Abstract

This descriptive research was conducted to learn about the time

management system of Grade 12 HUMSS (Humanities and Social Sciences)

students at Buting Senior High School during differentiated learning roles at

home. The study comprises of statements concerning time management and

distractions, which show the value of time management for distance learning

students and its effect to their mindset on performing it. The twenty (20)

respondents were chosen using the Simple Random Technique, and a survey

questionnaire that was both formulated and adapted by the researchers was

distributed through Google Forms. The result confirmed base on the findings

that there are many ways on how a student manage their time in terms of:

online school activities, household chores, and personal time. It showed that

time blocking, bullet journaling, and planner are the most effective way for

the respondents in managing their time at online-schooling task. Listening to

music, turning off their gadgets, and doing their school works beforehand help

in doing their household chores. And watching different genres of movies,

using social media, and playing online games are what they do in their

personal time. Majority of the participants agreed that performing various

tasks through time management plan is way more flexible during

differentiate learning. Differentiate learning enhanced participants' skills in

prioritizing things. Most of the participants engage in prioritizing different

task in their daily activities, from most priority to less. According to

participants, it makes them productive all day. It helps to have great

performance and avoid distractions throughout daily activities.

Introduction: The education system and nature of its honing
students have never been changed since
education began to revolve in the life of every

human. Yes, there have been many


improvements, but it remained the same as the
traditional way of learning, in which it takes
place in the classroom where there was a teacher
who moderates the flow of information and
knowledge, and students who responds to it
(Caroline, 2020). Unfortunately, where time
passes through people’s lives, particularly now
amid the COVID-19 pandemic, there is suddenly
a new form of learning in the middle of this
customary system; it is called the differentiated
learning roles that generally take place at home.

Methodology: This study is a qualitative research, descriptive
design. The objective of this study is to determine
the time management of students in
differentiate learning. The researchers made a
set of questionnaires to be ask through online
semi-structured interview and gather
information needed for this study. The sampling
technique used by this study is simple random
sampling. The researchers selected participants
in Grade 12 Buting Senior High School
randomly. Majority of respondents have their
time management during differentiate learning.
Questions was given through online about way of
time management, distractions that are
preventing students to efficiently manage their
time, importance of time management to the
students in distance learning and effects of
differentiate learning roles to the mindset of
students. To be answered by all the selected
samples according to their own perspectives.
Analysis and interpretation by the researchers
were done after getting the answer from the
participants.
Framework: In this study, the theories that can explain time
management in differentiated learning roles at
home is Pickle Jar Theory developed by Stephen
Covey. The Pickle Jar Method has been shown to
be used and beneficial for many people as it was
intended to help them manage their time with
integrity, authenticity and efficiency.
Researchers have carefully chosen this theory for
a reason of it is applicable claims and concerns
to be addressed in this paper. As mentioned in
Rigby’s article (2020), this theory simply uses as
a metaphor to explain the crucial point of time

management in which a person must perform


the most important tasks before the unnecessary
things. If the nonessential things come first in a
person’s daily routine, then it is a way of living a
trivial day in life that only exists once. On the
other hand, in the research conducted by Nzewi
et al. (2012), it says that Pickle Jar Theory
focuses on points of fact that individuals have
truly life goals and priorities such as; Studies,
workloads, leisure moments, household chores,
rest, and much more which is fundamentally
valid because students participating in this
distinct learning roles at home have various
responsibilities and precedence in their daily
lives. The Pickle Jar Theory is a jar itself that
reflects the individuals’ everyday lives as well as
the goals that include things that they keep
themselves engaged during the day (Ansari,
2019). Many people, particularly students,
probably thought that mirrors, daily diaries and
feedbacks of others to them are the ones that
only reflect the day they’ve spent. Little did they
know, there’s also a purposeful jar existing
somewhere near them that simply contains
rocks, pebbles and sand that have their own
representations. The rocks that symbolize the
large, important tasks, the pebbles as the things
that matter a little, and the sand that is smaller,
less important tasks, or even the things that
don’t really matter at all.
Related Literature: The Impact of Time Management Behavior on
the undergraduate engineering student’s
performance it states that many students find it
hard to balance studies and day-to-day lives
(Adams & Blair, 2019). (Almomani, 2014) said
that students in Petroleum Institute in Abu
Dhabi that academic performance is related to
how students manage their time and by using
survey as an instrument male freshmen and
sophomore students was participated to answer

survey regarding problems of procrastination,


disorganization, interruptions and work load
stress. Students are having problem with the
weakness of time management and the existence
of too much of leisure time for students, which,
in turn, will lead to low academic achievement
(Al-Zoubi, 2016). Determine the effect on the
performance of students if they control their
work according to the time this study wants to
analyze the roles of time management on
students’ life and how much time they give for
their studies (Rai, 2016). Importance of Time
Management in Online Learning specifies that
learning time management requires these
characteristics of a person; persistence,
dedication and motivation. Through these traits,
he said that if an individual wants to succeed,
he/she must learn how to possess certain
intrinsic resources (Todorov, 2017). Student's
academic performance in connection with time
management is very important and it may
actually affect individual's overall performance
and achievements (Khan and Nasrullah 2015).
The relationship between the time management
and academic achievement of students believed
that time management is necessary wherein it
may actually affect the overall performance and
achievements of an individual, since students
these days are always commenting that they do
not have much time to accomplish the tasks
assigned to them (Razali et al. 2018).
Results: It shows that the respondents’ ages varied from
17-20 years old. 3 seventeen years old, 13
eighteen years old, and 1 twenty years old. There
are 87.7% female respondents and 14.3% male
respondents. A frequency of 17 female and 3
male a total of 20 respondents. All of the
respondents are on the same level and all are
willing to participate on behalf of the study.
Since not everyone are convenient in different

learning roles and how they manage their time


during the pandemic, this research was able to
gather information with different responses to
apprehend and transpose the issue. As a result
to on ways of managing time, blocking, bullet
journaling, and planner are the most effective
way for the respondents in managing their time
at online-schooling task. Marking the dates of
the submission in their calendar also helps them
to be updated and pass their work before the due
date so that they wouldn’t be bombarded with
school works. Majority of the respondents listen
to music whenever they do household chores.
Turning off their phones and doing their school
works beforehand are the most effective way in
managing their time while doing household
activities to avoid being distracted. It reveals
that binge-watching Korean drama, anime,
Netflix shows, playing online games, and using
different social media platforms like Facebook,
Instagram, messenger, twitter and Tiktok
prevents the respondents to efficiently manage
their personal time. It shows that they don’t set
limitations on their leisure activities simply
because they like to rest and take care of
themselves. On the other hand, results about
distractive things reveals that anxiety and
sadness are the most identified internal
distractions that students encounter at home
during differentiated learning roles. To deal with
it, respondents meditate (such as praying,
listening to music, going to a quiet spot in their
home, etc.) or motivate themselves regarding the
goals they want to achieve. It appears that the
sounds from television, vehicles, voices of
siblings, notifications from social media sites,
and internet connectivity are the most external
disturbances that students face during distinct
learning roles at home. The external distractions
identified cause students’ difficulties in

understanding the lesson very well and


completing their school tasks on time. It shows
that the personal situation that often distracts
students is personal issues that are centered in
family and self-situation. Students are being
affected because of it, and it affects their feelings
and focus on studying the most. Based on the
findings, personal situation is the most difficult
distraction to deal with during differentiated
learning roles at home. Furthermore, the results
about importance of time management shows
that staying focused is necessary to have with
the students in regards to their studying at home
in a way that it gives students satisfaction and
accomplishment whenever students finish their
school works on time. Students feel anxious, and
stressed but it clearly shown that they still
manage their time and be staying focused on
prioritizing their studying at home. The results
of having time management in studying at home
can develop their effective learning skills
employing the exert effort for their task, the
traits of having procrastination got lessen, and
having proper management of time to get done
with the task can simply implies student’s
development in their learning skills. Its benefits
students by being effective and efficient students
in tackling their skills towards studying at home.
It reveals that having time management in
student's life towards studying at home can be
they’re into success, utilizing relaxation,
productivity, and betterment can encountered
and properly handling of students in corresponds
to the various aspects of time management can
exert students to the success. Most of students
have their own planner or program in connection
to their time management to simply manage
their task given so students can improve their
quality into success. Visualizing and giving them
more opportunities because of having time

be feeling the essence of success in their life.
Lastly, the results about effect of time
management to the students in differentiate
learning shows that most of students prefer to
perform time management according to
responsibilities without being distracted by
things like procrastination and laziness, and
accomplishing task without hesitation.
Differentiate learning affect their mindset is a
good way, being responsible and flexible with the
help of time management plan. Majority of the
participants agreed that performing various
tasks through time management plan is way
more flexible during differentiate learning.
Differentiate learning enhanced participants'
skills in prioritizing things. Most of the
participants engage in prioritizing different task
in their daily activities, from most priority to
less. According to participants, it makes them
productive all day. It helps to have great
performance and avoid distractions throughout
daily activities.
Discussion: The researchers are strictly following the safety
protocols that were given by the government.
We, the researchers gave out survey
questionnaires in the form of google docs to the
selected (20) grade 12 HUMSS students. Due to
the pandemic, we are currently in quarantine
and face-to-face classes isn’t allowed for the
prevention and possible transmission of corona
virus. The data gathering procedure was
consented and permitted by the research
adviser. After procuring all the needed and
essential information’s, the researchers
formulated the survey questionnaire that was
yet again consented and permitted by the
research adviser. The final outcome of the
questionnaire was put forward to the research
adviser. The survey questionnaires were given

out to the respondents to obtain the needed data


in the different ways on how a student manage
their time in the new normal way of learning.
Conclusion: This research was undertaken to learn about the
time management system of Grade 12 HUMSS
students at Buting Senior High School during
differentiated learning roles at home, and
researchers used descriptive design. Descriptive
design was used to determine the time
management of students in differentiate
learning roles at home. This study used the
simple random technique in selecting students to
be part of the sample, wherein a survey
questionnaire was formulated and distributed to
the respondents. Survey questionnaire are
consists of statements that pertains about way of
time management, distractions that are
preventing students to efficiently manage their
time, importance of time management to the
students in distance learning and effects of
differentiate learning roles to the mindset of
students. Researcher used semi-structured
interview in a reason it is mix of both organized
and unorganized portions within the same
questionnaire frequently planned where a close
ended, either yes or no the variation of the
answer or multiple-choice question it is followed
by a very open probe for the additional
clarification regrading why the respondent
choose to response in that preceding question
(Omer, 2015). Interpretation was used to
evaluate data from the answer of the
participants about way of time management,
distractions that are preventing students to
efficiently manage their time, importance of time
management to the students in differentiate
learning and effects of differentiate learning
roles to the mindset of the students. Each sub-
problems were divided into different sectors
which has different related questions from the

questionnaire. The researchers conducted this


research study to perceive the time management
of grade 12 HUMSS student in the differentiated
learning roles at home amidst the new normal
way of studying. The researchers accumulated
accurate data and information from the
respondents that answered the statement of the
problem and meet the research purpose and
objectives.
Recommendations: Students who are having a hard time prioritizing
tasks during differentiated learning roles at
home could use the Pickle Jar Theory to help
them practice managing the limited time they
have each day. Also, there is a consideration
needed for some family members who are
unintentionally giving distraction to the
students that could lose their focus in
understanding the lesson. Students should also
adjust to the new learning system, so it may be
capable to them to manage their time both
studying and differentiated learning roles at
home. In line with this, parents need to
accompany their child regarding to the time
needed in complying with the study and give
their child a time to do the household chores that
do not hit the time of the class of their children.
Students should have good time management
which allows them to accomplish more task in a
shorter period of time, it also leads them to focus
in online class and enjoy more leisure activities.
Moreover, parents should encourage their
children to carefully plan their weekly routine at
home and to follow an established study
schedule. They should be aware of how much
time their child spends in a typical day on all
activities from school dismissal until bedtime.
Parents also need to think up a schedule
management plan to understand their child’s
time management, and they need to guide their
child in to the adjustment process on

differentiate learning. Teachers as well are


suggested to consider all the possible things that
may happen to their students and give a full
consideration. At last, students need to give
importance to leisure time in order to calm and
relax themselves.

CHAPTER I

THE PROBLEM AND ITS SETTING

Introduction

The education system and nature of its honing students have never

been changed since education began to revolve in the life of every human. Yes,

there have been many improvements, but it remained the same as the

traditional way of learning, in which it takes place in the classroom where

there was a teacher who moderates the flow of information and knowledge,

and students who responds to it (Caroline, 2020). Unfortunately, where time

passes through people’s lives, particularly now amid the COVID-19 pandemic,

there is suddenly a new form of learning in the middle of this customary

system; it is called the differentiated learning roles that generally take place

at home.

Differentiated learning roles at home is becoming the new normal

nowadays, as it is also becoming the alternative ways of communication and

engagement of students and teachers from one another. From face-to-face

learning and discussions, everything turned upside down, wherein physical

interactions became virtual and imaginary. Outputs and performances that

need to be submitted and show personally also became virtual

accomplishments, but learning from a distance can actually be an advantage

for some students. According to The College of St. Scholastica (2018), not all

students have the confidence to speak in front of a class physically with

different seas and perspectives to also consider. Through this, it gives them

more self-esteem to express themselves without worrying what other people

might think because they’re all alone in their spot, facing a phone with virtual

classes. With these changes that students and teachers have been

experiencing these days, time management has become more necessary and

needs to be practiced or strictly followed by students who have various roles

in both distance learning and home responsibilities.

The way how students handle their time during various learning roles

at home will become one of the primaries focuses to be revealed through this

study. For others, they believe that time management is a thing that will only

challenge their way of doing things, but little did they know that time

management is a skill that a person needs to learn in order to achieve success.

In this period of unavoidable changes, time management is necessary to

practice since many roles and tasks to be completed are concurrently arriving.

Failure to learn how to manage and possess it simply implies embracing the

fact of having chaotic activities where it can only become so hard to accomplish

and overcome. Things can be harder logistically too, as said by Lucier (2020).

Individuals, particularly students, who do not practice proper time

management in differentiated learning roles at home that they are included

are truly vulnerable to so many drawbacks. In other words, stated at one of

the IceHrm’s (2020) article, those drawbacks are tons of loads to do at the

same time, restless days and nights, inability to perform other tasks, may

encounter more obstacles on complying requirements, etc.

Time is the most precious thing in the world and it is also a universal

phenomenon (Khan et al., 2016). It is to say that a student during this time of

new methods of learning and acquiring knowledge must learn how to balance

and control their time very well. If they do not want to be left behind and too

worried about compiling requirements, then it is a highly suggested that they

shall begin to learn how to handle the most important thing in the world; time.

The goal of this study entitled ‘Research on Time Management in

Differentiated Learning Roles at Home’ is to know how Grade 12 HUMSS

students at Buting Senior High School handle their time in the new learning

system that takes place at home. It also intends that, if some or more students

were found out that they do not manage their time productively and

responsibly, this research may provide and guide them to the ways of

acquiring the skills that any person who wants to succeed must have; time

management.

Background of the Study

As indicated in the study of Khan et al. (2016) entitled Exploring

Relationship of Time Management with Teachers’ Performance, time is the

most precious thing in the world, and learning how to handle it is a valuable

skill that someone would need in order to achieve success in life, which is

certainly true. In this study, the importance of time management in student’s

life will also be emphasized and explored by the researchers who are also

undertaking an in-depth study, analysis, and observation of time

management in the midst of the pandemic caused by COVID-19.

In times of coronavirus pandemic, also known as the COVID-19, the

Philippine Constitution led by President Rodrigo Duterte confirmed the

declaration of community quarantine to selected areas in Luzon and Visayas,

especially in Metropolitan Manila. According to the Inter-Agency Task Force

(2020), community quarantine refers to restrictions on travel inside within or

outside the quarantine area of persons and large groups of people or

populations, intended to minimize the possibility of covid-19 transmission

within a person in the said particular area. It also involves avoiding a strategy

of mass meeting and physical distancing, and restricting or maintaining

distance from other people in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Distance learning was implemented with the goal of resuming

schooling during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to Secretary Leonor

Briones of the Department of Education (2020), the opening of the class on

October 5th, 2020, is considered as a victory or a win through the use of

various learning modalities such as online classes, modular class or online

modular class wherein the whole country is experiencing a new standard—a

new normal. As a result of this current situation, criticism from teachers,

students and parents started to emerge. As Sophia Bonifacio Cruz (2020) said

to a college student at De La Salle College in St. Benilde, this kind of education

system is not convenient for everybody and the problem of internet access and

devices commonly known as gadgets, has also been discussed. Furthermore,

one of the challenges that students can encounter in this differentiated

learning roles at home is the time management in performing distance

learning tasks and activities such as household chores that are naturally part

of being a family member. This problem is predictable for the reason of

students can't remain focused while studying at home.

With these problems found, researchers primarily study the time

management of students studying at Buting Senior High School. More

precisely, this study will discuss how students split their time from education,

household responsibilities, and hobbies.

Theoretical Framework

This study, which examines time management in differentiated

learning roles at home, will use the Pickle Jar Theory developed by Stephen

Covey. The Pickle Jar Method has been shown to be used and beneficial for

many people as it was intended to help them manage their time with integrity,

authenticity and efficiency. Researchers have carefully chosen this theory for

a reason of it is applicable claims and concerns to be addressed in this paper.

As mentioned in Rigby’s article (2020), this theory simply uses as a

metaphor to explain the crucial point of time management in which a person

must perform the most important tasks before the unnecessary things. If the

nonessential things come first in a person’s daily routine, then it is a way of

living a trivial day in life that only exists once.

On the other hand, in the research conducted by Nzewi et al. (2012), it

says that Pickle Jar Theory focuses on points of fact that individuals have

truly life goals and priorities such as; Studies, workloads, leisure moments,

household chores, rest, and much more which is fundamentally valid because

students participating in this distinct learning roles at home have various

responsibilities and precedence in their daily lives.

The Pickle Jar Theory is a jar itself that reflects the individuals’

everyday lives as well as the goals that include things that they keep

themselves engaged during the day (Ansari, 2019). Many people, particularly

students, probably thought that mirrors, daily diaries and feedbacks of others

to them are the ones that only reflect the day they’ve spent. Little did they

know, there’s also a purposeful jar existing somewhere near them that simply

contains rocks, pebbles and sand that have their own representations. The

rocks that symbolize the large, important tasks, the pebbles as the things that

matter a little, and the sand that is smaller, less important tasks, or even the

things that don’t really matter at all.

As Mulder (2017) said, the sand represents all phone calls, emails,

social media, and other disruptive elements that are precisely relevant to this

research, as students also often experience disruptions like these in the

middle of performing their daily tasks. On the other hand, pebbles

metaphorically stand for activities that are less important that a person can

do on the other day, in the coming week, or at any other time. In short, it could

simply wait. This includes the activities that are due far from the current day,

the event that doesn’t need to be prioritized that early, etc. Finally, the

function of the rock, which is said to be the most important one that a person

has to perform on a given day. Students in this study often have these rocks

or heavy responsibilities that particularly include the scheduled class,

performances, meetings, etc.

If there would be confusion on how to use this jar, effectively, a person,

or a student, must not do this this type of arrangement of placing these

components: sand, pebbles, and rocks. If the unnecessary and matter a little

thing come first than the most important ones, there would be no place for

productivity and performing responsibilities that a day has in their life. Same

goes to the students involve in this study. If they would do such things like

playing video games, browsing on social media accounts, watching vlogs and

random things, and talking with friends about meaningless things first, then

where else can the important tasks they need to do and prioritize on a certain

day should be placed? Distractions and nothing important things like sand

during this type of distance learning are the ones that are making many

students’ actions lazily. But, this outcome of misuse of the jar could be avoided

if students would do this better division: rocks, pebbles, and sand. When the

rocks put in first, or literally prioritized, then the activities that are a burden

to their backs will eventually lessen and fully disappeared. At last, if the

pebbles and sand placed in it by their own right timing without interrupting

the rocks’ time to shine, everything will smoothly fall into process that every

person wishes to have in every day of their life.

Furthermore, this theory must be done honestly, because it was made

for one’s betterment. If students won’t take it seriously, then the burdens on

their back will only get worse and the objective of this study to help them

manage their time amid this distinct learning roles would be meaningless.

Using this method, it would be advantageous for the researchers to

perform this study efficiently for a reason of the jar and its component are

directly represented how productively, or non-constructively, a person plays

his/her day. It will also be easier to recognize the aspect on which students

concentrate and be distracted the most.

If by any chance that the result of this study clearly shows that

students do not really doing good at managing their time, researchers would

highly suggest this method to break the difficulty of students to make their

learning days and roles productive.

Other than the existing theories relevant to this study, researchers

considered the pickle jar theory as the most useful one to help students hone

their discipline in this time of the new normal. This theory is important not

only because it could help students manage their time very well, but also how

to identify disruptions that need to be avoided by them. This new type of

learning isn’t as easy as anyone could think because there are lots of

distractions everywhere and a student who doesn’t have the focus to prioritize

something first are truly prone on finishing a task into nothing. From being

motivated to accomplish tasks, to being distracted by the notifications of their

phones. From being one of the most productive students of the day, to being

nonconstructive one. Admit it or not, it is so hard to gain focus these days,

especially now where students are at home with their gadgets and connection

to the media world. But, if they would be able to practice and apply this type

of theory or method to their daily lives, there’s nothing impossible in making

their time successfully managed at times of differentiated learning roles at

home. In fact, possessing the skill to manage time greatly empowers non-

productivity of students. The higher the productivity and performance, the

higher the result.

With this theory that could be implemented in the life, or even the

minds and practices of students, it would probably make them more

concentrated and could be able to improve their effective learning skills, with

an addition of their steps towards success, which is evidently indicated in

fourth statement of the problem of this study.

Overall, the Pickle Jar Theory may be a solution for those students who

have a rough time on managing their time during differentiated learning roles

at home. It is also a good idea to develop their versatility in carrying out

responsibilities and competencies in prioritization of everyday activities.

Conceptual Framework

In this research, methods and the final output of the study will be

shown through paradigm below in order to understand the flow of this study.

First, the profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender and year

level will be asked, as the demographic profile is the component that provides

data of the participants involved in the research. (Salkind, 2010)

Second, their ways of time management; how do they handle it, control

it, apply it to their routines, etc. It is necessary to know what are the limits

and capabilities of someone, especially the respondent of this study for a

reason of finding out what to hone and develop to their undiscovered skills.

Third, the distractions that are preventing students to efficiently

manage their time; is it internal? External? Or Personal concerns? In the year

2013, Pam M. S. define distraction as an interruption to the attention of

someone that takes attention away from the primary task that a person is

currently doing.

Fourth, the importance of time management in distance learning and,

at last; the effects of differentiated learning roles to the mindset of students

that are considered as Input of this study. As explained by AppointmentPlus

(2015), understanding the value of time management leads a person to a

convenient schedule, where s/he will be able to finish tasks in a shorter period

of time, have more opportunities to do something, learn to focus on the

required things, etc.

All the variables given are the subtopics to be determined by the

process of answering the survey questionnaire. Consider the adaptation of

questionnaire from different related studies, respondents will answer a

different survey questionnaire respectively to the different subtopic in the

input.

All the data from the respondents will undergo in the process of

interpretation and analysis, where Skill Zone (2013) defined as, the process

by which sense and meaning are made of the data gathered in a particular

kind of research study.

Lastly, the output will determine as the time management of students

in differentiate learning roles at home. This paradigm of the study will

undergo in a process with full of authenticity, accuracy and honesty. All data

that researchers will going to be gathered from the respondents is carefully

kept by the researchers.

According to an article of MindTools (n.d.), “time management is the

process of organizing and planning how to divide your time between specific

activities.” So, as the researchers of this study, there would also be a time to

Scope and Limitation

The scope of this study is primarily focused on knowing the students’

management of time during differentiated learning roles at home. The

researchers also aim to discuss and understand how students handle their

time, what their ways to avoid distractions are, and why it is necessary for

them to possess the skill of managing the time they have. In this study,

researchers have chosen Grade 12 HUMSS (Humanities and Social Sciences)

students at Buting Senior High School in Pasig City, as respondents.

Due to time constraints and strict regulation of the government during

the pandemic, this study limits the respondents to twenty (20) Grade 12

HUMSS students only. Since staying at home is part of the health protocol

given by the government and the Department of Health, the guided questions

that the respondents will answer are provided through Google Forms. It is

ensured that the researchers will not commit violations of what the

government has stated. Lastly, the entire discussion will depend and be

limited only on the answers that the respondents will provide. Other aspects

not specified in this part are beyond the scope and limitation of this study.

Significance of the Study

Through this research, we are looking forward to benefit these people:

The Students. This research paper will help them to be aware on how

they can manage their time for online education, leisure, and other household

responsibilities.

The Parents. The parents will also benefit in this study as they are the

one who will provide guidance and encouragement for their children.

every individual has an access to the internet this way teachers can devote

more time in guiding the students and offer support and advice when needed.

The School Administrators. The school administrators will benefit

in this study as they are the one who monitors the students and teachers

progress. Administrators will also mentor, train, and encourage teachers and

other school personnel on how online education is delivered and what is

needed to be developed to make learning easier and more convenient.

The Future Researchers. This study will help future researchers to

know the ways to have time management during differentiated learning roles

of students at home. They will also have an idea on how to provide solutions

in the distractions that are preventing the students to manage their time

properly.

Definition of Terms

Distraction. In this study, distraction means something that causes

students to lose concentration during differentiated learning roles at home. It

is the one that prevents an individual, particularly students, from performing

their tasks on time.

Home. This study defines home as an environment or a place of learning

where all students are found during online classes.

Learning. In this research, learning refers to the information that students

can gain in their distinct learning roles at home. It is also earned by doing and

attempting to understand all that our minds needed just like lessons in school

and particular aspects in life.

Mindset. This study defines mindset as the belief that students believe in

their time management during distance learning and how they felt and

performed.

Role. This research defines role as all that students do in their home

responsibilities during differentiated learning roles at home.

CHAPTER II

REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE

This chapter includes ideas, opinions, research findings,

generalizations, published or unpublished theories and discussions on related

literature and studies both foreign and local, which provides relevant facts

about the research on time management in differentiated learning roles at

home that helps in familiarizing information relevant and similar to the

present study. To further clarify this part, it contains studies that discuss: (1)

Ways of Managing Time, (2) Distractive Things, (3) Importance of Time

Management, and (4) Mindset in Performing Time Management.

Ways of Managing Time

In the study Exploring Relationship of Time Management with

Teachers’ Performance; time management skills in teachers training

programs was recommended for a reason of improving their management and

administration activities (Khan, H et al., 2016). Senior School Teachers (SST)

of Sahiwal district of Punjab served as respondents, and a self-developed

instrument “Time Management Scale (TM)” was formulated to measure the

time management skills of teachers. With the use of the simple random

technique, researchers had selected 420 SSTs to be part of the study, wherein

SSTs was found to be possesses a positive relationship between their time

management techniques and class performances. The study also deducted

that teachers’ techniques with regards of time management were very

effective to their class performances.

In this study entitled Impact of Time Management Behaviors on

Students' Performance among the undergraduate engineering students

(Adams & Blair, 2019), it states that many students find it hard to balance

studies and day-to-day lives. This study wants to examine the time

management of the engineering students by the use of time management

behavior scale as well as the correlation analysis, regression analysis, and

model reduction are also used to strive to decide which aspects of time

management that engineering students had practiced. It was found out that

students stumble on themselves in procrastinating to the tasks that they do

not like to, the other hand ought to be done. The result of this study is that it

can contribute to the understanding of the students in their time management

behavior in the relation of their academic performance.

In the study about time management that was conducted at the

Petroleum Institute in Abu Dhabi, it is being considered that academic

performance is related to how students manage their time (Almomani, 2014).

Using survey as an instrument, male freshmen and sophomore students was

participated to answer survey regarding problems of procrastination,

disorganization, interruptions and work load stress. As a result, researchers

came up with time management is highly related to academic performances.

According to this study entitled The Influence of Household Chores on

Girls’ Academic Performance in Secondary School in Morogoro Rural

(Emmanuel, 2015), it aims to explore the influences of household chores in

academic performance among the girls’ students in secondary school. The

research explored three consecutive objectives that state the types of

household chores and the time by the students being performed, to assess the

academic performance of the girl students, and last, to locate the time spent

on household chores in affecting academic performance of the girl students.

The researcher used documentary review method to collect the information of

all girl students in Morogoro rural. By using a documentary review method,

the researchers conclude the resulting in lack of time for doing school

activities such as homework. This study hereby recommends the local

government authorities ought to collaborate with local communities to

mobilize useful resources for constructing dormitories or hostels for women to

minimize the issues of female spending more time and energy on doing family

activities.

According to this study entitled: Time Management Practices of

Educators in a State University (Lualhati, 2019), this descriptive study

revealed the time management practices of the faculty members in a state

university in the Philippines. By employing a self-made questionnaire, data

on time management practices along with scheduling, goal setting,

prioritizing tasks, managing paper works, interruptions and challenges met

by the teachers on managing their time were gathered. Analyses of the treated

data showed that the respondents practiced scheduling, goal setting,

prioritizing task, managing paperwork, and managing interruptions and

excessive paperwork and reports is a common challenge met by the faculty

members in managing their time. This study offered recommendations that

may contribute significantly to their success as an educator and a person.

The study entitled Time Management and Academic Achievement

among the Higher Secondary Students conducted by Cyril (2015) aims to

explore the relation between time management and academic achievement

among the higher students. The researcher wants to find out the level of time

management and academic achievement of the higher secondary students,

and if there is significant difference between male and female Higher

Secondary students in their academic achievement, as well as the significant

relationship between time management and academic achievement. So

therefore, the result show that female students are better than male students

in managing the time. On the other hand, there is no significant between male

and female students on their academic achievement. The researcher

recommends the teachers should train more of the male students on effective

time management skills and Parents-Teacher assembly must be carried out

on a regular groundwork to apprehend the student's enhancement towards

education over a period of time which will assist us to identify the area of

improvement being required for students in Education.

This study entitled Research about Distance Education Students’

Satisfaction with Education Quality at An Accounting Program (Kutluk &

Gulmez, 2012) aims to measure the distance education students’ satisfaction

level and efficiency on education quality. There are 102 college students in

distance training accounting program of the two universities and the Data

collection method is non-random sampling. Researchers used email to send

the surveys through the respondents as well as the way of returning to the

researchers the survey. Students are thrilled about Accounting Distance

Education, but now not thrilled in the dialogue interaction opportunities for

other students or instructors. Females, vocational high school graduates and

full-time working students agree with some statements greater than others

do. It is thought that high school students are at ease with this education

faulty points of distance education are also detected with this study and

recommendations are provided to practitioners.

In Correlation among Time Management, Study Habits and Academic

Achievement of the Math Major Students conducted by Marpa (2013), the

researcher utilized correlational method of research. To determine math

major student’s time management, the researcher made use of the “How well

do you Manage your Time?’ developed by Markenzie et.al. Results in this

regard show that the level of time management of the math major students

was average and likewise their academic achievement was also average but

they establish a good study habit. Results also show that there a significant

correlation between math major students time management and study habits

likewise with study habits and academic achievement in mathematics. This

result infers that time management is related to study habits and study habits

are related to academic achievement in mathematics. Along this line, it is

recommended that math major students are encouraged to maintain their

good study habits.

The study conducted by Abuhassna and Yahaya (2018) entitled

Students’ Utilization of Distance Learning through an Interventional Online

Module Based on Moore Transactional Distance Theory aims to investigate

the efficacy of an interventional online module based on Moore transactional

distance theory on students’ learning autonomy and satisfaction regarding the

utilization of distance learning. The results of this study showed that there

was a significance difference in the domain of instructor support before and

after the intervention within the intervention group. Researchers also

observed that there was no significant difference (NSD) in the implying

ratings for students’ collaboration and interaction, satisfaction and gaining

knowledge of autonomy within the intervention crew before and after the

intervention. This study results showed that distance learning or method is

only effective in terms of understanding, remembering and some techniques

required in the systematic tiers of education, as there were no big differences

inside and between the two techniques (online and face-to-face), which

capability that pupil in online guides confirmed a true end result in

conjunction with face to face group.

Distractive Things

According to Sellers (2016), an online journalist, one of the problems

online learners struggling is poor time management. Poor time management

is maybe caused by the lack of a schedule, too many distractions and

multitasking can lead to another factor that may lead to poor time

time, which is indeed can struggle to learners’ time management. Designated

workspace is one of the common, because at home online learners barely find

a comfortable space to study. Discussion forums are often coordinated into

Students are having problem with the weakness of time management

educational processes in formal and informal learning environments. Given

these challenges for educators, students, and parents, it is worthwhile to

investigate how the pandemic has affected teaching and learning from

multiple perspectives across different institutions and age groups.

In the article of Todorov (2017), The Importance of Time Management in

Online Learning specifies that learning time management requires these

characteristics of a person; persistence, dedication and motivation. Through

the main barriers to the effective implementation of modern distance learning

technologies in the university teaching and learning process. The result of

Synthesis

For students in this country, or even the world, review of related

literature known as rrl has always been beneficial. Through its support, the

researchers had an idea of what to think of, write, and produce as a study that

would be useful to future researchers as well. With the relevant study and

articles collected, researchers have truly had the chance to explore the field of

time management where many people, especially students amid the

differentiated learning roles at home, are having tough times on honing it.

In the first article given above, Todorov (2017), concluded that time

management is a skill that everyone could have, which basically has a

resemblance to the study of Ahmad et al. (2019); their study said that, time

management is also a skill, and it affects the students’ achievements. Time

management is a precious thing that any person could ever have. By

successfully possessing it, most happenings in people’s life will flow

accordingly to what they have planned and prioritized. Being disciplined

enough doesn’t mean special; it simply just means that being disciplined

because of time management is truly for everyone, if they would choose to.

On the other hand, there are studies that tackle about the barriers or

challenges that student may face during this new method of learning. In the

study of Leontyeya (2018), the result of it was that, students are more concern

about the quality of interaction with their teachers and the undeveloped

technological infrastructure of their university. It means, time management

was not the primary problems of students. Yes, it could also be their problem,

but letting this new differentiated learning roles revolve round students’ life

would not only bring one problem, because there are still lots and more to

come. Meanwhile, in the study conducted by Baticulon et al. (2020) in the

Philippines, the data they’ve gathered shows that, the barriers of online

learning that most students encounter are the adjustment in a new style of

learning, the joint force of responsibilities at home and online classes, and the

lack of clear instructions from educators.

Through these barriers that researchers have read and discovered, it

simply reveals how many challenges that a student may encounter in the

middle of this distinct learning roles at home—that it’s not only about having

a hard time on managing their time. That it is also about the different

situations, perspectives, and standing of students in the said country. Time

management is not only the focus things to encounter in this new normal that

is embracing humanity.

study differs only in its goal to know how students balance their time, how do

they overcome distraction, why is it important for them to learn, and how do

managing their time properly affect their mindset towards something.

This study to be done by the researchers is said to be determining the

time management of Grade 12 HUMSS students in Buting Senior High School

amid differentiated learning roles at home.

CHAPTER III

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

This chapter presents the research method, sampling design, research

instrument, description of respondents, and data gathering procedure utilized

by the researchers to collect and analyze the necessary data in the course of

the study. Researchers used most applicable method to come up with the

accurate and needed information.

Research Method

In this study, researchers used descriptive design to determine the time

management of Grade 12 students of Buting Senior High School in

differentiate learning roles at home. Descriptive design allows to describe the

student’s way of time management, distractions that are preventing students

to efficiently manage their time, importance of time management to the

students in distance learning and effects of differentiate learning roles to the

mindset of students (Shuttleworth, 2008). Descriptive design is appropriate

in this study, for the reason of students will be the one to describe their

situations especially about time management in differentiate learning.

Researchers select this design in order to have accurate and clear answer

tackle by the respondents.

Sampling design

In this study, researchers used simple random sampling on selecting

samples respondents from the population. Simple random sampling is a

sampling technique where every part of population has an equal chance of

participation to be randomly selected (Bhat, 2020). This involves selecting

Grade 12 students during differentiate learning at Buting Senior High School.

Research Instrument

The researchers used survey questionnaire which is for quickly and

efficiently gathering, analyzing from the population under study (Hewit and

Escribano, 2017). The questionnaire consists of statements that pertains

about way of time management, distractions that are preventing students to

efficiently manage their time, importance of time management to the students

in distance learning and effects of differentiate learning roles to the mindset

of students. The questionnaire is divided into five parts: Demographic Profile

of the Respondents, Ways of Managing Time, Distractive Things, Importance

of Time Management, and Mindset in performing Time Management. Part II

numbers 1-5 of the questionnaire is being adopted from the study of

Akcoltekin, A. (2015) entitled High School Students’ Time Management Skills

in Relation to Research Anxiety. Meanwhile, the numbers 5-12 were

formulated by the researchers. Part III questionnaire that tackles Distractive

Things were formulated by the researchers. Part IV are being adopted in the

idea came from Kashyap’s (n.d.) article entitled Importance of Time

Management in the Workplace. Last, Part V of the questionnaire were

formulated by the researchers.

Researchers used semi-structured interview in a reason it is mix of both

organized and unorganized portions within the same questionnaire frequently

planned where a close ended, either yes or no the variation of the answer or

multiple-choice question it is followed by a very open probe for the additional

clarification regrading why the respondent choose to response in that

preceding question (Omer, 2015).

Description of Respondents

The respondents of this study are the randomly selected Grade 12

HUMSS (Humanities and Social Sciences) students of Buting Senior High

School in Pasig City. Researchers have given these respondents the

questionnaire that will measure how their time are being managed

productively or not, in the middle of differentiated learning roles at home.

The strand named ‘Humanity and Social Sciences’ belongs academic

track, alongside with the Accountancy and Business Management (ABM),

Science Technology Engineering Mathematics (STEM), and General

Academic Strand (GAS). Researchers have chosen this strand not only

because they are part of it, but also because they know how to approach them

like a close friend or colleague. Students of HUMSS Strand are often

recognized as approachable and easy to be with people, and it would not be

difficult to gather data and information from them, as they are friendly as

well. There’s a lot of school work through this strand, and they mostly study

the different aspects of society and humanity. So in return, the need to have

the skill to control their time in order for them to be able to do it effectively,

and it would be beneficial for them to improve their qualities of works that

many people may see in the future.

The above-mentioned respondents are the ones that this study needs,

as they are all studying at home in the midst of these distinct learning roles,

where time management is a must to achieve or accomplish everything

successfully.

Data Gathering Procedure

In the process of collecting data, researchers first identified the target

respondents of the study and distinguished the total number of it. As a result,

researchers randomly selected twenty (20) Grade 12 HUMSS (Humanities

and Social Sciences) students to be part of the study. The preparation of

survey questionnaire began with the use of Google forms wherein the guided

questions were grouped into five parts, in line with the study’s statement of

the problem. Most questions were formulated by the researchers and some

were adapted from the existing studies related to this research.

To perform a solid, ethical analysis, the researchers need cooperation.

Through this, researchers have spoken with the chosen Grade 12 HUMSS

students and are requested to provide a genuine opinion or an answer to the

questions embedded in the questionnaire. All information provided were

handled as strictly confidential and for academic purposes only. The guided

questions generated from Google forms were all distributed to the participants

through links and their Facebook accounts.

The resulting data from the Google form survey showed the

relationship between time management and distance learning in a student,

specifically grade 12 HUMSS students. The correlation between the two

variables showed a positive relationship that would be further explained in

the analysis, interpretation, results, and data summarizations. In accordance

with the systematic process of completing a research study, the result and

discussion of the collected data will be presented in the subsequent parts of

PRESENTATION, ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA

Introduction

This chapter discusses and presents the data gathered and

interpretation of the responses given by the twenty (20) respondents of this

study; the randomly selected Grade 12 HUMSS students at Buting Senior

High School. Researchers formulated thirty-four (34) matrix that show the

supporting responses of every selected respondent. Each table created by

question has an interpretation/generalization below. Through this, the

general idea of the feedback came from respondents would be easier to

interpret by anyone, including the participants and researchers themselves.

There are four major parts in this chapter that groups the overall result

In this question, the majority of the respondents answered ‘Yes’, which

essentially means that there are still many students who value their time and

plan it well in advance. The 16th respondent’s perception claims that if he/she

has made no preparations for the day, he/she feels like he/she has a lot of work

to do, so planning his/her day ahead of time helps him/her feel productive and

organized, which is real. It is a tremendous help to make a person’s day

meaningful and, as described, productive to know what to prioritize first and

set aside for later. On the other hand, there was also an answer that says s/he

was used to let stuff fall his/her way and sort it out when it is already in front

of him/her, which cries out with the study conducted by Adams and Blair in

the year 2019. In their report, it mentions that many students find it hard to

balance studies and day-to-day lives, which may also be the potential result

of not planning a day in advance, since there are unforeseen activities that

could weaken a student’s concentration in order to accomplish the most

significant one.

with their online classes. Researcher ask the time they spend on it. Most of

the respondent’s answer is they have an allotted time to do some of the

household chores but some of the respondents says that they don’t have time

to do a household chore and always the priorities are school. Respondents #19

is stating the word time management to maintain the responsibilities in the

class same with the household chores. According to Auld, S. (2019) effective

time management allows the students to complete more in time in a reason

that the students are not being distracted by other things but to being focused.

By having an effective management student can complete their work on time

and they can engage from family matters.

in the survey questionnaire claimed that 11 out of 20 respondents do their

household chores properly and cleanly without distractions. According to

Sellers (2016), multitasking can lead to poor time management. Nowadays

people can do many things in a particular time, which is indeed a struggle to

that says s/he has no excuses but to do the home duties accordingly. The 16th

management is vital for students to shine. Students should get the proper

distraction would be a great idea, which is partially the same with respondent

17 who said that “I go to a silent and peaceful place in the house, far from

don’t have a choice but to deal with it, just like what respondent 18 have said.

As being claimed in Fackler et al. (2020), situations around us do really affect

the learning environment of not just the students, but also the family and the

Relaxation, Productivity, and betterment in various aspects are the

primary changes that students have encountered during knowing the

importance of time management in one’s life. For respondent 4, s/he claimed

that his/her way of expression of thought has improved. As wished to be seen

by the researchers, the 17th respondent answered that “Instead of waiting for

the deadline, I do the task days ahead as to not suffer with hurrying to finish

the task”, which is good because s/he probably already possess the skill of

managing time appropriately. But despite the improvements that other

participants encounter, respondent 14 answered, “No, I really don’t feel like

I’m learning on this new normal learning. I just feel like im doing this because

I need to pass this school year”, which is basically the sayings of other students

too. According to the study of Khan and Nasrullah (2015) entitled The Impact

of Time Management on the Student’s Academic Performance, a good time

management is important for students to shine. It simply implies that

handling time properly is one of the most helpful ways to reach success that

almost everybody’s asking and working hard for.

Majority of the respondents has their own program in accord to their

time management. These participants simply state that having program for

time management is effective during differentiate learning. Preparing things

per the students response, they can make better quality if they're not rushing

management that was conducted at the Petroleum Institute in Abu Dhabi, it

is being considered that academic performance is related to how students

The overall process of research is summarized in this chapter. An

overview of the entire study is given. It also includes a review of the study’s

main findings, study discussion, recommendations, and suggestions for

further research.

Summary of Findings

This study was conducted to determine the students’ time management

in differentiated learning roles at home.

The following results appeared after the data were tabulated, examined

and interpreted.

1. Demographic Profile

It shows that the respondent's ages varied from 17-20 years old. 3

seventeen years old, 13 eighteen years old, and 1 twenty years old. There are

87.7% female respondents and 14.3% male respondents. A frequency of 17

female and 3 male a total of 20 respondents. All of the respondents are on the

same level and all are willing to participate on behalf of the study. Since not

everyone are convenient in different learning roles and how they manage their

time during the pandemic, this research was able to gather information with

time during differentiated learning roles at home in terms of online-

schooling tasks?

It shows that time blocking, bullet journaling, and planner are the most

effective way for the respondents in managing their time at online-schooling

task. Marking the dates of the submission in their calendar also helps them

to be updated and pass their work before the due date so that they wouldn’t

be bombarded with school works.

2.2 What are the different ways for students to manage their

time during differentiated learning roles at home in terms of

household chores?

It shows that majority of the respondents listen to music whenever they

do household chores. Turning off their phones and doing their school works

playing online games, and using different social media platforms like

Facebook, Instagram, messenger, twitter and Tiktok prevents the

respondents to efficiently manage their personal time. It shows that they don’t

set limitations on their leisure activities simply because they like to rest and

take care of themselves.

3. Distractive Things

3.1 What are the distractions that are preventing students

manage their time efficiently during differentiated learning roles at

home in terms of internal distractions?

It reveals that anxiety and sadness are the most identified internal

distractions that students encounter at home during differentiated learning

roles. To deal with it, respondents meditate (such as praying, listening to

music, going to a quiet spot in their home, etc.) or motivate themselves

regarding the goals they want to achieve.

It appears that the sounds from television, vehicles, voices of siblings,

notifications from social media sites, and internet connectivity are the most

external disturbances that students face during distinct learning roles at

home. The external distractions identified cause students difficulties in

understanding the lesson very well and completing their school tasks on time.

3.3 What are the distractions that are preventing students

manage their time efficiently during differentiated learning roles at

home in terms of personal situations?

It shows that the personal situation that often distracts students is

personal issues that are centered in family and self-situation. Students are

being affected because of it, and it affects their feelings and focus on studying

the most. Based on the findings, personal situation is the most difficult

distraction to deal with during differentiated learning roles at home.

It’s clearly shown that staying focused is necessary to have with the

students regarding their studying at home in a way that it gives students

on time. Students feel anxious and stressed, but they still manage their time

and stay focused on prioritizing their studying at home.

4.2 Why is it necessary for students to have time management

in studying at home in terms of development of effective learning

skill?

The results of having time management in studying at home can

develop their effective learning skills employing the exert effort for their task,

the traits of having procrastination got lessen, and having proper

management of time to get done with the task can simply imply students’

development in their learning skills. It benefits students by being efficient in

tackling their skills towards studying at home.

4.3 Why is it necessary for students to have time management

in studying at home in terms of steps towards success?

It reveals that having time management in a student's life towards

can students feel the essence of success in their life.

5. Mindset in Performing Time Management

5.1 How do differentiated learning roles affect their mindset in

performing time management on various responsibilities at home in

terms of flexibility in accomplishing tasks?

In this part of the study, it shows that most of students prefer to

perform time management according to responsibilities without being

distracted by things like procrastination and laziness, and accomplishing task

without hesitation. Differentiate learning affect their mindset is a good way,

being responsible and flexible with the help of time management plan.

Majority of the participants agreed that performing various tasks through

time management plan is way more flexible during differentiate learning.

terms of competencies in prioritization of daily activities?

In this part of the study, it shows that differentiate learning enhanced

participants' skills in prioritizing things. Most of the participants engage in

prioritizing different task in their daily activities, from most priority to less.

According to participants, it makes them productive all day. It helps to have

great performance and avoid distractions throughout daily activities.

Conclusion

This research was undertaken to learn about the time management

system of Grade 12 HUMSS students at Buting Senior High School during

differentiated learning roles at home, and researchers used descriptive

design. Descriptive design was used to determine the time management of

students in differentiate learning roles at home. This study used the simple

random technique in selecting students to be part of the sample, wherein a

survey questionnaire was formulated and distributed to the respondents.

Survey questionnaire consists of statements that pertains about way of time

management, distractions that are preventing students to efficiently manage

their time, importance of time management to the students in distance

Researcher used semi-structured interview in a reason it is mix of both

organized and unorganized portions within the same questionnaire frequently

planned where a close ended, either yes or no the variation of the answer or

multiple-choice question it is followed by a very open probe for the additional

clarification regrading why the respondent choose to response in that

preceding question (Omer, 2015). Interpretation was used to evaluate data

from the answer of the participants about way of time management,

distractions that are preventing students to efficiently manage their time,

importance of time management to the students in differentiate learning and

effects of differentiate learning roles to the mindset of the students. Each sub-

problems were divided into different sectors which has different related

questions from the questionnaire. The researchers conducted this research

study to perceive the time management of grade 12 HUMSS student in the

differentiated learning roles at home amidst the new normal way of studying.

The researchers accumulated accurate data and information from the

respondents that answered the statement of the problem and meet the

research purpose and objectives.

Recommendations

1. Students who are having a hard time prioritizing tasks during

differentiated learning roles at home could use the Pickle Jar Theory to help

them practice managing the limited time they have each day.

2. There is a consideration needed for some family members who are

unintentionally giving distraction to the students that could lose their focus

in understanding the lesson.

3. Students should also adjust to the new learning system, so it may be

capable to them to manage their time both studying and differentiated

learning roles at home.

4. Parents need to accompany their child regarding to the time needed

in complying with the study and give their child a time to do the household

chores that do not hit the time of the class of their children.

5. Students should have good time management which allows them to

accomplish more task in a shorter period of time, it also leads them to focus

in online class and enjoy more leisure activities.

6. Parents should encourage their children to carefully plan their

weekly routine at home and to follow an established study schedule. They

should be aware of how much time their child spends in a typical day on all

activities from school dismissal until bedtime.

7. Parents also need to think up a schedule management plan to

understand their child’s time management.

8. Parents need to guide their child in to the adjustment process on

differentiate learning.

9. Teachers are suggested to to consider all the possible things that may

happen to their students and give a full consideration.

10. Students need to give importance to leisure time in order to calm

and relax themselves.
