The 19 years old consumed unhealthy foods, not on a proper diet consuming plenty of
energy-dense foods increases the risk of obesity or underweight and other metabolic
disorders. Eating junk food on a regular basis can lead to an increased risk of obesity
and chronic diseases like cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty
liver disease, and some cancers. On the other hand, the 15 years old consumed healthy
foods that are low in energy and fat content and high on nutrients, thus a diet low in
calories helps them lose weight and maintain good health status. It's important to avoid
or at least limit foods that contain added sugar, refined grains, and artificial trans fats.
These are some of the unhealthiest but most common ingredients in the modern diet.
