NARRATIVE REPORT ON SPG ELECTION 2021-2022

(APPOINTMENT SYSTEM)

Lugta Elementary School, The Supreme Pupil Government election for the school

year 2021-2022 was successfully conducted starting October 14, 2021. The said election

wouldn’t be possible without the preparation of the SPG adviser, together with the support of

the committed advisers and school head, from planning and preparing documents to the

process  of  implementation  for the successful election.

SPG Adviser, Ms. Angelica C. Buquiran and SPG Chairperson, Mrs. Mirasol D.

Gabas set guidelines for a qualification to meet before they qualify to run. Since the election

was appointment system, SPG Adviser and the teaching staff have appointed previous SPG

officers and proposed potential pupils. An evaluation was made with the SPG adviser

together with the school head and the SPG Chairperson.

Parents of the chosen candidates signed the consent of allowing their child to be part

of the Supreme Pupil Government. Introductory profile and their platforms were collected by

the SPG adviser. Upon evaluating their supporting documents, the appointed SPG officers

qualified the evaluation and are fit in their position. The SPG Chairperson submitted the final

list of the SPG Officers and oath taking were done through the paper. Attached herewith is

the list of the newly appointed SPG officers.
