Anniversary event proposal

The Aim of this proposal is to give details of my idea for the special event we are
holding for our 20th anniversary next year.
First of all, I suggest planning a formal evening/black tie, because it commemorates
20 years since our company was founded, therefore I thinks a grand hall would be an
exquisite venue where to hold the anniversary party. Furthermore, the hall must have the
capacity to withhold at least three quarters of the employees we have within our company.
Another aspect which has to be settled is when to held the party. My personal
proposal is to hold the ceremony during the evening, taking into consideration that the
anniversary will be in the middle of the summer, and the actual party at night fall. Doing
that, the event will be more appealing to those who cannot endure the heat of the summer
and more enjoyable for all participants.
The final point I want to make is not to have a fix date for the event. Even though it
would be the best to hold the event in the actual day of the celebration, some variables as
the weather might ruin it. Consequently, I suggest booking the hall for an entire week and
chose the day to hold it a week before.
To sum up, following the steps mentioned in the letter will not only result in a
brilliant event which will not only delight the participants, but will also have our company to
be regarded as a more prestigious one.
