This is an agreement related to repayment of money from Mr. Ashok towards Mrs.

Manjula
as a result of money previously given [i.e. before ____] in any form including cash , bank
transfers, opting for loans to purchase commodities for Mr. Ashok in the legal name of Mrs.
Manjula , and any amount of money taken from a third party via Mrs. Manjula. This
agreement does not cover any financial transaction except those mentioned above.
According to the best knowledge of the parties, all have agreed that the total amount of
money liable to be paid by Mr. Ashok towards Mrs. Manjula is as follows:-
a) A net sum of _______ given as ______________ on _______ via _______ of
which _______ is paid as of _______, resulting in balance of _______ .
b) A net sum of _______ given as ______________ on _______ via _______ of
which _______ is paid as of _______, resulting in balance of _______ .
c) A net sum of _______ given as ______________ on _______ via _______ of
which _______ is paid as of _______, resulting in balance of _______ .
d) A net sum of _______ given as ______________ on _______ via _______ of
which _______ is paid as of _______, resulting in balance of _______ .
Hence the net total amount left to be unpaid as of ______ is found to be exactly
______ + ______ + ______ + ______ = ______.

In this agreement,
a) ’TVS Motorcycle’ means the motorcycle associated with the respective loan of
______ with Model No. ______ , Reg No. ______ , Chassis No. ______. It does
not include any optional accessories [if any].
b) ‘Vivo smartphone’ means the smartphone associated with the respective loan of
______ with Model no. ______ , IMEI No. ______ , and Android OS version
______. It does not include any accessories [if any] either optional or those that
came in the brand-new packaging.
c) ‘Total Amount’ means the net sum of money liable to be paid by Mr. Ashok
towards Mrs. Manjula resulting from the calculation as explained above [which is
______ by default]
Any mode of payment other than UPI transactions, DBT [direct bank transfer ], DD’s and
Net Banking from Mr Ashok’s ______ bank acc/no. ______ to Mrs Manjula’s ______ bank
acc/no. ______ will not be considered as valid payment. Hence all other payment modes
including cheques and cash will be deemed as invalid. Mr Ashok solely bears the
responsibility and hence accepts that his financial status allows him to repay the total amount
as defined above.
The total amount [i.e. ______] must be paid on or before ______ days from the date of
enforcement of this agreement . Further, from the date of enforcement of this agreement, an
amount of atleast ______ by _____ , an amount of atleast ______ by _____, an amount of
atleast ______ by _____, an amount of atleast ______ by _____, an amount of atleast
______ by _____, an amount of atleast ______ by _____ , must be paid respectively.
Mr. Ashok will be eligible for legal transfer of assets ‘Vivo smartphone’ and ‘TVS
Motorcycle’ from Mrs. Manjula to his name under all circumstances except :-
a) The total amount to be paid by Mr. Ashok to Mrs. Manjula is not yet paid
completely.
b) Mr. Ashok fails to pay the entire amount on/before ______ from the date of
enforcement of this agreement.
If the entire amount is not repaid completely on/before ______ from the date
of enforcement of this agreement, then all parties of this agreement except Mr.
Ashok posess the right to use and/or sell the commodities ‘Vivo smartphone’ and
‘TVS Motorcycle’ to make for the shortfall in payable amount.
Both Mr. Ashok and Mrs. Manjula agree that the total amount calculated above is exactly -
_____ and no other money was left unpaid as of _____. together declare that any inaccuracy
found later in total amount as defined above will be considered as intentional
misrepresentation of facts and will bear the responsibility of the same.
Before the above total amount is paid completely, no money may be lent by/via Mrs.
Manjula to Mr. Ashok through any mode of payment except with the explicit written
permission of all the parties of this agreement. Lending of money by violation of this
condition may attract legal proceedings against Mr. Ashok.
All parties of this agreement have read, understood and agreed to all of the terms and
conditions of this agreement. All parties are aware of the legal implications and
consequences that may arise as a result of enforcement of this agreement, and have agreed to
the same under his/her own free-will without any pressure from any other person(s) and
hence are themselves responsible for their own actions that concern this agreement.
