Construction Tools
Construction Tools
According to Wilson, L. (2018). Hand tools are any tools that may be operated by hand and do
not require the use of a motor or electrical power. This comprises hammers, wrenches, cutters,
clamps, and a variety of other equipment.
CLAW HAMMER
The claw hammers are a staple tool in carpentry. The claw hammer is a typical construction
instrument and the hammer of choice for employees in the construction industry.
BRICK HAMMER
The Brick Hammer, known as Stonemason’s hammer too. The major use of this instrument is
to chop bricks, cinder blocks, or chip small stone pieces. Before any cutting is done, it’s best to
mark the cutting line using the chisel side of head. Then use the hammer side to deliver the blow.
SCREWDRIVERS
When installing electrical and plumbing work that is usually fastened with screws, screwdrivers
come in handy.

MEASURING TOOLS
As stated by Writer (2020). Anything that is used to count quantitative data, such as weight,
length, time, or temperature, is referred to as a measuring tool. Two typical types of
measurement instruments are rulers and scales. Measuring instruments can be quite exact, yet
poor quality ones might result in inaccurate results.

Cutting Tools
- According to (Smith. 2017) Construction work requires a lot of cutting and there are
several types of cutting tools available for construction. Each cutting tool performs a
specific type of cut that you should be familiar with. A tool may not work well for a
particular type of project, so it is also important that you understand the different types of
construction cutting tools that you will need for that type of project in order to achieve
the result you want. This are the types of cutting tools.
