CEO: The CEO (Chief Executive Officer) runs a business.

It is he who establishes
the strategies for the evolution and development of a structure, from an
accounting, financial, managerial and technical point of view. He leads all
operations and gives long and short term directions.
General Manager: A general manager, sometimes simply called a GM, has
broad, overall responsibility for a business or a business unit within a larger
organization. The general manager typically serves as the top executive for the
unit and is responsible for strategy, structure, budgets, people, financial
outcomes, and scorecard metrics.
Department of human resources: An efficiently run human resources
department can provide your organization with structure and the ability
to meet business needs through managing your company's most
valuable resources – its employees. The six main function of HR are
recruitment, training and workplace safety, employee relations,
compensation planning, labour law compliance.
 Recruitment: It is the fact to choose the right people for the right
job. The recruiters play a key role in developing the employer's
workforce. They advertise job postings, source candidates, screen
applicants, conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate hiring
efforts with managers responsible for making the final selection of
candidates.
 Training: It is first of all a training for all those who were selected
during the recruitment in order to be more comfortable, more
efficient and respond adequately to the expectations of the job.
Then, we accentuate Work safety which is an important factor.
One of the primary functions of HR is to support workplace safety
training and to maintain mandatory federal government records
for workplace injury and death reports.
 Labour relations: In a work environment, employee relations are
the HR discipline which aims to strengthen the employer-
employee relationship by measuring job satisfaction, employee
engagement and conflict resolution in the workplace. It is the
flourishing in the relations between the different employees of the
company for an optimization of the results.
 Legal: Compliance with labour and employment laws is an
essential HR function. Non-compliance can lead to workplace
complaints based on unfair employment practices, unsafe working
conditions and general dissatisfaction with working conditions
which can affect productivity and ultimately profitability. HR staff
should be aware of federal and national employment laws.
Department of operations: It is a department where all actions about
manufacturing and the services which follow this step

cosmetic products handmade. We are many steps there are:
purchasing of all elements we need then we are the production of
our products, in third it is the control according to the different
regulations and finally done we are product design.
 Hair care: It is the part where we offer our different service about
hair‘s health to the customers with our handmade products.
 Skin care and spa: like a hair care, it concern the service for taking
care of skin and the spa is for relaxing body always with bio
products.
