furniture to personalized furniture with designs modeled after nature in the attempt of creating a
wonderful and artistic asset for our customers. The business venture is focused on manufacturing
furniture for offices, high-end residential homes, resorts, and commercial market. LD&W’s founder are
experienced woodworkers and designers with an extensive knowledge in the furniture industry.

During our time in this industry, we have been involved with the designing and construction of furniture
for luxury homes and office building to create a serene and scenic spaces. The owners of LW&D decided
to extend its business activities to wider demographic. This includes hiring more designers and workers
for a broader selection of design choices, efficient production of furniture, and to improve our customer
service and quality of our products. LW&D is currently borrowing a commercial loan worth ₱
5,000,000.00 that covers their 3-year operating expenses to conform quality assurance and meet their
customer's needs.

The company expects that its revenue to grow significantly between the next 3 years of operation. The
company was able to create and maintain its strong market position in the furniture industry. We have
maintained an average gross profit of 30% during the first 2 year of our tenure and expects an increase
on our net profits by the third year of our operations.
