Thesis Statement
- There are many ways to improve cleanliness in schools or universities such as education,
maintaining cleanliness and the last one is providing trash cans.

Body Paragraph
1) i. Topic sentence - educate all students and lecturer about cleanliness
ii. Supporting details - all the students and also the lecturer needs to know the basic cleanliness
- by picking up trash on the floor or always throwing out the trash at the
Right place (trash can)
- Create a culture of cleanliness so that everyone has a sense of personal
Responsibility
iii. Concluding sentence - Therefore, a sense of personal responsibility will be in them if
education about maintaining cleanliness is applied to them.

2) i. Topic sentence - maintaining the cleanliness of their surrounding

ii. Supporting details - clean tools or things that are frequently used and touched
- by cleaning up doorknobs keyboards desks and more
- can prevent germs and bacteria from spreading and keep the
surroundings clean
iii. Concluding sentence -Therefore, not only do cleaning workers need to keep the environment
clean but we also need to ensure that the surrounding area is always clean.

3) i. Topic sentence -the provision of garbage cans

ii. Supporting details – put the trash can at a suitable place so people can use it
- such as cafeteria, toilet, corridor and more
-because if there is no trash can, people will throw out their trash
anywhere
iii. Concluding sentence – Therefore, providing the trash can will make people use it so there is
no more rubbish littering everywhere

The importance of cleanliness in someone's life cannot be overstated. This is due to the fact that
one of the public's perceptions and expectations of ourselves is cleanliness. If the cleanliness is
maintained, the rest of the work should go smoothly. There are several approaches to increase
cleanliness in a school or university, including education, sanitation, and the provision of garbage
cans.

One of the ways to improves cleanliness in school or universities is educate all students and
lecturer about cleanliness. Students and lecturers must understand the basics of cleanliness. They
must understand what they should do, such as picking up rubbish on the floor or always disposing of
waste in the trash can. As you can see, even something as simple as that may make a difference in
our culture. They should also foster a culture in which everyone takes personal responsibility for
cleanliness. Therefore, a sense of personal responsibility will be in them if they were educated about
the cleanliness.

Next, the ways to improve cleanliness in school or universities is maintaining the cleanliness of
their surroundings. It can be done with clean instruments or commonly used and touched items. You
may also clean doorknobs, keyboards, desktops, and other items. It's because we never know if
there's a virus on those objects, therefore we'd best maintain our surroundings clean and fresh to
avoid it from spreading. Thus, not only do cleaners need to keep the environment clean but we also
need to ensure that the surrounding area always clean.

Last but not least, the ways to improve cleanliness in school or universities is the provision of
garbage cans. The garbage can should be placed in a prominent location in the school or university
so that everyone can notice it and utilize it. They must be placed at locations such as the cafeteria,
restroom, corridor, and others. It's because if the garbage cans are hidden, people will toss their
rubbish anywhere. So, provision of garbage cans will make people use it properly so that there is no
more rubbish littering everywhere.

As a result, there are a lot of ways to improve cleanliness in school or universities such as educate
students and lecturer about cleanliness, maintaining surrounding cleanliness, and provision of
garbage cans. This will make schools and colleges cleaner, and it will help students concentrate on
their academics while they are in the best surroundings.
