    First Year’s Fees


    Company Formation US $
    • Incorporation of a company in the Seychelles to include: $550

    - Government disbursement
    - One stamped copy memorandum and articles
    - Adopted Bylaws

    • Provision of a registered office and agent for the first twelve months $550 per annum (pa)
    from incorporation

    Total $1100

    Optional Services US $

    • Provision of a Company secretary (to include preparation of first board $275 pa


    minutes and statutory registers)

    • Nominee shareholder service From $250 pa

    • Director services – provision of an offshore professional director $1750 pa

    • Provision of a company seal $90

    If no annual secretarial service is required, the following can be provided:

    • Preparation of first board minutes to issue shares in the company, issue $150
