PURPOSE

If you already have a commercial license, you should download your software from the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud, which
is specifically designed for customer fulfillment.

The purpose of this document is to provide directions on how to create a non-technical software & OS media service request
when you have trouble accessing the software from the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud or the product version is older and
unavailable for download on the site.

SCOPE

DETAILS

If you are unable to access the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud (edelivery.oracle.com) to download software or the software is
unavailable on the site, please follow the instructions below to create a Non-Technical Software & OS Media request:

Note: A valid Support Identifier is required for the product software being requested. The software request will be
denied if the product is not supported under the Support Identifier.

Log into My Oracle Support (support.oracle.com)

Note: There are 2 options to reach the "Create Non-Technical SR" button in order to create the service request:

Option1: Choose the "Contact Us" link in the upper right-hand corner
Next on the Oracle Support Interactive Center, choose the "Create Non-Technical SR" button in the center of this
page

OR

Option2: Select the "Service Request" tab (customize page to add the region called "Non-Technical Service
Requests"). Choose the button labeled "Create Non-Technical SR".

Steps for creating a Non-Technical Software & OS Media Service Request:

Step 1: Fill in the Problem Summary, Problem Type ("Software & OS Media Requests") and choose the Support
Identifier then click "Next".

Step 2: Review document "Solutions" then click "Next".

Step 3: Fill in the required fields for the "More Details" information then click "Next".

Step 4: Fill in the primary "Contact" information then click "Submit".


Once submitted a non-technical Service Request number will be created that can be viewed under the Service Request tab in
the region called "Non-Technical Service Requests".

If your company has elected Electronic Product Delivery Only Tax Exemption please proceed to the Oracle Software Delivery
Cloud website for downloads. If the download required is unavailable please proceed with the steps above.
