I. All vehicles are fully insured.

II. Total Hire Cost quoted is inclusive of VAT.
III. All prices quoted are fuel Exclusive. However, fuel will be provided and invoiced at a rate of
5km/ltr and at the prevailing pump price as evidenced by attached receipts and signed mileage
logsheet.
IV. All drivers are trained in First Aid and Defensive driving.
V. In the event of mechanical or any sort of break down, a replacement vehicle will be provided in
the quickest time possible.
