Question: Earth Hour and the Seventeen(17) Sustainable Development Goals

Answer:

All of the topics that were presented in the last meeting are really interesting but when I
first saw this topic I know that it is not just for the people but also for the environment. And also,
I already heard the topic Earth Hour on the news which is made to save electricity and to pursue
renewable energy as the solution to climate change. Earth Hour and The Seventeen Sustainable
Development Goals for me have the same purpose, it is to save the earth and people from having
hard times in life and to know the value of the climate all over the earth. I easily choose this
current circumstances because many people can also easily understand its purpose just like what
I felt because when the environment is perfectly fine everything will follow and it will give us
freedom to feel safe and have a healthy  life. Many people should know the circumstances that
are happening in our country to save everything that can be saved.

Question: Generation Z as VUCA(Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and

Ambivalence) and How They Define Globalization

Answer:

When I heard this topic I already disagreed because I’m also part of Generation Z. For
me, maybe some of Generation Z are really losing their path because they are VUCA but it's not
them that makes the world change, it's the changes that causes them to lose their path. It's the
changes that makes it complicated. There’s a lot of changes that are happening every year and
Generation Z are born with these high and advanced technologies. Generation Z have grown in
an advanced world unlike what their parents and grandparents experienced when they were in
their generation. And the result of that is not the same because they’ve grown in different ways.
They said that youth is no longer the hope of the people. How do we know? If yes, maybe it's
because of what you think to them. But we all know that there are youths that are willing to
learn, become successful and help people. There are youths that are really nice and doing their
best to become a better person. We don’t know what will happen in the future and because of
that we need to trust and not pressure every youth.
