REQUIREMENTS 
List of documents required to issue the Angola CNCA certificate:

Bill of lading ● Draft Bill of Lading is acceptable

● Copy of HBL will be asked where applicable

DU document ● Required if the value of the goods is over €5000

● Total compounded value of HS codes must be equal to
the FOB value of Commercial Invoice

Commercial Invoice ● The commercial values must correspond with the values
declared on the DU document

Freight Invoice ● Only if the freight value is not mentioned in the

Commercial Invoice

If your consignment is Break Bulk shipment or contains SOC (Shipper Own
Container), please share the weight and volume of your shipment so we can
quote the precise certificate charge of your cargo.
 
 
 
PROCEDURES 
 
Here is the simple steps for you to secure the CNCA certificate:

1. You need to send us the scanned copies of the required documents.

2. We will then issue our invoice and provide the draft copy of the CNCA
certificate for your approval of the shipment details
3. Once the draft is approved and we have received the funds we will
submit the certificate for validation.
4. You will receive the CNCA number on the validated soft copy of the
certificate soon after.
Original Hard Copy of the document will be sent via courier to your
designated address
