Job summary
Employees take on the job of direct assistants to the director of TH Food
Chain Joint Stock Company, working directly via text and phone. Perform tasks
assigned by the director. In addition, also undertakes other jobs related to
personnel in the company, departments, jobs directly related to people,
relationships between employees.
Responsibilities and duties
- Direct assistant to HR director
- On behalf of the HR director to solve problems when the HR director is
absent
- Check all documents and official documents before sending to the Director
of Human Resources for approval
- Monitor and urge the work of the groups under the direction of the director
- Internal audit and the situation of labor policies in the company
- Support recruitment process, identify candidates, interview candidates,
participate in training planning process, control staff.
- Supervising the completion of staff training and welfare records.
- Produce and send reports on general HR activities
- Handling payroll and errors in payroll, documents related to labor contract.
- Stay up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Working conditions
- Working 8 hours/day: 9am - 5pm (according to work requirements), Sunday
off
