DEED OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF THE ESTATE

OF THE LATE GAUDENCIO S. REYES, JR. WITH WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, _________Reyes, widow and children _________, ________________ and

__________________ all surnamed Reyes with residence and postal address at No. 126
Marquez Drive, H. Alarcon Street, Antipolo City, are the sole surviving heirs of the late
Gaudencio S. Reyes who died Intestate on June 17, 2005 at Manila (A photocopy of the
death certificate is hereto attached as Annex “A”) leaving his 1/7 share in the following Real
Estate properties:

a) TCT No. N-52733, more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 2-I, of the subdivision plan

(LRC)Psd-16832, being a portion of Lot 2 described on plan
(LRC)Psd-9171, LRC (GLRO) Rec. No. F. Patent, situated in the
Barrio of Sta. Cruz, Municipality of Antipolo, Province of Rizal,
Island of Luzon, Bounded on the NW. N. and NE, points 2 to 6
by the property of Ciriaca Sierra; on the E. points 6 to 7 by Lot
2-A; point 7 to 8 by Lot 2-B; point 8 to 9 by Lot 2-C and point
9 to 10 by Lot 2-D, all of the subdivision plan; on the 8, points
10 to 11 by the property of George P. Ahern; on the W. points
11 to 12 by Lot 2-F; on the W. and S. points 12 to 14 by Lot 2-
C both of the xxx ”

b) TCT No. N-52734, more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot 2-H, of the subdivision plan

(LRC)Psd-16832, being a portion of Lot 2 described on plan
(LRC)Psd-9171, LRC (GLRO) Rec. No. F. Patent, situated in the
Barrio of Sta. Cruz, Municipality of Antipolo, Province of Rizal,
Island of Luzon, Bounded on the N. E. and S, points 1 to 7 by
lot 2-I of the subdivision plan and on the W. points 4 to 1 by
Lot 1 (LRC) Psd-91711 xxx"

That at the time of his death, we know as a fact that the deceased Gaudencio S.
Reyes left no debts and there are no claims filed against his Estate.

That as the sole surviving heirs, we hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the above-
described property and we further agree among ourselves that the shares pertaining to us
should be best left in the name and ownership of our mother, the widow, ______ Reyes.

That for this purpose, we, the children, __________ Reyes, _____________ Reyes
and ___________ Reyes hereby waive and assign all our rights and interests over the above-
described property in favor of our mother __________ Reyes for and in consideration of our
love and respect for her as a very caring and dutiful mother.

and in the left hand margin of the first page hereof and they acknowledged to me that the
same is their free and voluntary act and deed.
