RESOLUTION REVERTING SK VARIOUS APPROPRIATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF (WRITE IN

WORDS) PESOS (₱ 0.00) ONLY LISTED BELOW FOR SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. __ OF THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY ________________, (DISTRICT), ILOILO CITY

WHEREAS, Article 2 Section 12 of the 1987 Philippine Constitution states that “the State
recognizes the vital role of the youth in the nation-building and shall promote and protect their
physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social well-being. It shall inculcate in the youth
patriotism and nationalism and encourage their involvement in public and civic affairs”.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay (Name of Barangay), has formulated the
2020 Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) in accordance with the approved
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) and has appropriations from the
Annual Budget CY 2020 which are not utilized.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay (Name of Barangay), deemed it necessary to

revert various appropriations listed below, in order to utilize the SK fund for other useful and
necessary purposes.
