Recommendations?

 Using the concept of parallel workstation, it is recommended to


have
Line-A with 8 workers
Line-B with 3 workers
2 additional workers required that is within the given limitation i.e. < 3
workers
Additional cost of training and daily wages will be applicable in both lines
Additional cost to set-up and co-ordinate the parallel workstations is also
applicable
