ct Magnetic Fishing Rod

Create a magnetic fishing rod and identify objects

that are attracted and not attracted to magnet.

Steps:
1 Set up the following apparatus.

magnet

2 Prepare a container that contains some objects such

as key, pencil, iron nail, eraser, screw, chalk, paper clip,
plastic button, marble and pin.
3 Move the magnet closer to each object one by one.
4 Record the name of objects that can be attracted by the
magnet and also the objects that cannot be attracted by
the magnet.
Observations:
1 Objects that are attracted to magnet.

2 Objects that are not attracted to magnet.

Conclusion:
Objects that are made from
