Instructions to use this template:


1) Write in the tables or empty boxes provided.

to represent your chemical compounds. Example of molecular formula for ethanol: C2H5OH
9) No need to subscript the no. of atoms in the formula. Just leave in font size 10.
10) If you have camera in your cellphone, you are encourage to take snap shot of what you have
observed in your experiment. (Optional)
How to copy and paste your text into the empty box?
Step 1: Select all your text in microsolft word or wordpad, click copy
Step 2: Open the report template, double left click to the empty box that you want the text to be
copied to.
Step 3: Right click your mouse and select paste icon.

Step 4: After click the paste icon, your text will display in the formula bar as well as in the empty box.
Step 5: Press enter button.
