KANGKONG SALAD WITH FRIED DRIED DILIS

Ingredients:
 1 stalk Kangkong
 32 grms. Dried Dilis
 4 Tomato (medium size)
 1 Onion ( medium size)
 Ginger (thumb size)
 1/8 cup Vinegar
 1 tbsp. Lemon juice
 Salt
 Pepper
 Water
 Oil

Procedure:

1. In a pan put oil and fry the dried dilis. Once fried
remove from the pan then set aside.

2. Chop the tomatoes, onion and ginger in you


desired chopping style.

3. Remove the kankong leaves and wash it and in a pot


boil water. Once water is boiling blanch the kangkong
leaves. Remove the kangkong leaves from the water
then put it in a bowl.

4. Add in onion, tomato, ginger, vinegar, lemon juice


and fried dried dilis then mix it well. Add salt and
pepper to taste.

5. Plate and serve.
