Filipino Chicken Sandwich Spread

Ingredients
2 cups shredded roasted chicken breast

4 large hard boiled egg, peeled and chopped

3/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp. condensed milk

2 tbsp. sweet relish

2 tbsp. grated carrots, drained


2 tbs chopped celery
1-2 tbsp. chopped fine white onion
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, condensed milk, celery, relish, carrots and onion.

Season with salt and ground pepper to taste.

Mix well and taste test for desired sweet and salty taste.

Add more condensed milk or sugar if needed.

Add the shredded chicken and egg to the bowl and mix well.

Best to refrigerate overnight before serving.

Spread over your choice of bread and refrigerate left over spread in a tightly-sealed container. Enjoy.
