EXECUTIVE SUMMERY
We are the members of group No.3, we wants to be entrepreneur, that’s why we used
our creativity to create software which will transfer easyload to all the networks.

The people who will use their creativity are following:

In start we had two to three ideas but after idea screening, we decided to make this
software. We choosed this because there is a lot of need of this software and it has not
launched yet.
There are a lot of problems related to easyload system like sometimes easyload do not
reach the desired destination but with this software these problems will be solved.

We have a big market for this software because of the problems involved in the old
system. At the initial stage, we have targeted small number of retailers but have plans to
target a big market awaiting for this software.

We will need to have an office building, equipment, furniture and many other assets of
which details are available in the description of Balance Sheeet.

We selected our target market within 18-60 years age group, because retailers will be
our target market.

We will need have an organization plan through which we will give salaries to our
employees. We will need software engineer, programmer, assistant computer engineer,
etc.

The total cost of a software will be Rs. 350 and we will price it at Rs. 500. In promotional
satge, firstly we will do personal selling afterwards we will start sales promotion and
advertising.

FUTURE OUTLOOK AND TRENDS:


Overall the software industry seems to be growing at an increasing rate. Looking at the
profitability of the industry, it would seem that we should not expect great finantial
rewards quickly. Little bit changes in existing do not bring a lot of charm but a new
creativity is something which is appreciated.

The software which we are developing will have a good future because it will be unique
software through which we will transfer credit to any network. There will be a huge
demand of this software because it will fulfill the wants of people, like

 Transactions will be quick


 Easily manageable and controllable
 Records will be available anytime
 Chances of fraud will minimum
 Save time as well as money

ANALYSIS OF COMPETITORS:
In the initial stage, we do not have any competitor but there might be in future. Our
competitors might be Mobilink, Ufone, Telenor etc because no retailer will purchase
their sim, so they might launch the same software.

These are huge firms with immense amount of capital, that’s why competition with them
will a big task. In this regard:

 We will cut our cost to the minimum and sell the software at lowest rate as
compared with competitors.
 We will need to create goodwill in the market before the entrance of competitors.
 We will bring changes time and again according to customer requirements.
 We will provide greater customer value and satisfaction.

The purpose of market is to allow our marketing/sales programmes to focus on the
subset of prospects that are most likely to purchase our offering.

In the initial stage, we have only one segment in the market “ the shopkeeper” who have
to use different sims to transfer easyload.

Forecasting about the software industry is always a very difficult task because of the
use of modern and sophisticated technology. As we have done competitors analysis
which shows in this industry, there is always a chance of new entrant with creativity. So,
have to be very cautious and bring creativity time and again. Software industry is a big
and sophisticated industry and surely there will be competitors.
We have a very big market for the software. We can target them stepwise. Initially
targeting 5,114 retailers but there are 3,04,430 retailers who might be interested to
purchase this software. So, we have a big market if we get a good response.

We are the members of group number 3 and members names are:-

We wants to become employers that’s why we are studying Entrepreneurship. In this


project we have used our creativity and made a new plan in service field. We are
making EASYLOAD SOFTWARE. We want some engineers and material for making
this software. We will purchase 6,000 blank CD’s from Jilani Centre, M.A Jinnah Road.
Its cost is Rs. 72,000. We will use JAVA LANGUAGE SOFTWARE. It will downloaded
from website www.download.com , its cost is 146.

We will rent an office building where we will sale and update our software, and we will
pay Rs. 126000 in advance for six months rents. Our address will be West Land Trade
Centre Main Shah-e-Faisal Road. We will need some equipments, furniture & fixture. In
fixture we need 3 splits. We will purchase these splits from Dawlence Company,
Electronic Market Saddar. We will purchase 3 sets of curtain from Curtain Corner,
Nursery, P.E.C.H.S. We will purchase 15 light savers from SOGO Company, Electronic
Market, Saddar. In this regard the prices are:-

We need some equipments and furniture. We will purchase all these things from
different shops. Its reference is description of Balance Sheet.

We also need some office supplies like ball pen, note pads, office files, calculators, print
papers etc. its cost and quantity all things are available in the description of BALANCE
SHEET.
