Course Title : Law on Sales

Credit : Two (2) units

Pre-Requisite : Law on Obligations and Contracts

Course The course deals on the Law on Sale and other relevant laws pertaining to
description “SALE” as a contract.
Course goals At the end of the semester, the students are expected to understand the
contract of sale as they relate the same to the practice of law profession.
They should be able to distinguish the theories and principles as they apply
to different individuals when solving related problems.
