time to reorganize my life since I was a new mother to a healthy baby girl last October 2019.

I wish to continue my studies and enroll in Dissertation Writing 5 this coming term (3rd Term of AY 2020-2021).
In line with this, may I request for the REINSTATEMENT of my scholarship this third term of AY 2020-2021.
