AT THE ELEVATOR

BUTLER: Before we arrived to your room, allow me to explain our hotel

facilities.
Breakfast will be available at the restaurant located at the
first floor. We also have Café and Business Center there. Our
meeting rooms and function hall are located on the 2nd floor
while swimming pool, spa and fitness center are on the 5th floor.

Upon reaching on the floor where the room is located, the butler takes
the first step out bringing the luggage and assisting the guest to
follow out of the elevator.

As you reached the room, the butler swipes door key and first to enter
the room and assist the guest to get inside the room.

ROOM PRESENTATION

BUTLER: We are now at the 4th floor where your room is located. This
will be your room your excellence, Room # 416.
Please come in. (Pointing to the room suggesting that guest
follow.)

ROOM FAMILIARIZATION

BUTLER: Your Excellence your room is equipped with innovated sound

sensor where in as you clap your hand twice the lights turns on and
when you clap once the light turns off.
Upon entering the room, seat the guest then place the luggage at the
luggage rack.
Please have a seat your excellence.
As you can see you have your mini bar here inside your room and if you
wish to consume a snacks or drinks don’t forget to fill the mini bar
list. You also have a view to the city and if you wish to go around
the hotel don’t hesitate to call me with speed dial 33221 so I could
tour you around.
Your excellence I have prepared your breakfast on the table at the
veranda, would you like to eat your breakfast while am unpacking your
clothes and later on I will discuss to you your today’s itineraries.

After unpacking

BUTLER: I am done unpacking your clothes your excellence. I place your

clothes inside your wardrobe, your shoes is at the foot edge of the
bed while your wrist watch is placed at your bed side table before I
discuss to you your itineraries let me repair first the almost
detached button of your clothes .

Your excellence I am done sewing the button of your clothes. May I now
discuss to you your today’s itineraries?
Here is your schedule for today, at 10:00 am you will render an
inaugural speech at the opening of the Philippine Arts Museum at Naga
City , at 12 Pm you will be having a luncheon meeting with Governor
Migz Villafuerte to discuss regarding the Build Build Build project
here at Camarines Sur. At 3 pm you will be fetched by our chauffer to
bring you back to the hotel for siesta. At 7 pm you will be having a
dinner meeting with Vice president Leni Robredo regarding the projects
you would bring here in Bicol Region.

I have prepared your outfit that you will wear for those meetings.
For your inaugural speech I have prepared a long sleeve checkered
paired with black pants and black shoes.
For your 12 pm lunch meeting I have prepared a simple maroon polo
shirt paired with maong pants and a rubber shoes.
And for your dinner meeting at 7 pm I have prepared a checkered polo
shirt,

GUEST: I would like to request an additional 2 towels and two
slippers.
RSD: Pleased to served you madam. may I know your name and room number

RSD: Alright madam so you are Mrs. Mondragon from room number sixteen

you your well-ironed clothes, and it cost 300 pesos. How would you
like to pay your bill madam? Will you pay it in cash or I will just
charge it to your hotel bill?
Alright Mrs. Mondragon I will just charge it to your hotel bill. Where
would you like me to put your clothes madam, will I put this at the
top of your bed or will I put this on your closet?
Alright madam I place your clothes inside your closet. I’ll be leaving
