Introduction - On 19 October 2021, a survey was conducted among 1 teacher that teaches English in
college of the immaculate Concepcion The purpose of the survey was to discover on why does this
teacher chose to teach the English subject. The survey was conducted by means of a questionnaire given
to the Teacher to complete. The first part of the questionnaire dealt with the Reasons of the chosen
teacher on why does she choose English subject instead of other subject, second section was concerned
on how can the teacher deal if she will be challenge by a bright student. Third Section Deals with the
expectation of the teacher to the students, Fourth deals on how can the teacher encourage and
convince the students to be interested in English Subject and Lastly, the 5th Section deals with the
opinion of the teacher about the hardest part of teaching the English Subject

From the table of data, the most significant items are as follows. In the first section the teacher
preferred to teach English because other are willing to pay just to learn English. The second item was
answered with the teacher will be proud because it means that he/she really pay attention to the topic
in third item, the teacher has the expectation to the student all are eager to learn. The fourth item talks
about on encouraging the students to read English stories or novels. And Lastly, the teacher’s opinion
regarding to the Teaching grammar is the hardest part in teaching English.
