    Digital UBKM is a transformation mechanical UBKM enhanced to digital models. The Digital
    UBKM has been an important element in the implementation of the Reducing Emission from
    Deforestation and Degradation plus (REDD+) as the instrument has provided significant
    assistance for the measurement, reporting and verification (MRV) of carbon of trees growing
    in the wild life and those grown by customary communities, farmers and concessionaires.

    This instrument allows us to quantify the tree carbon pool (above ground) in permanent
    plots or per hectares (tonC/Ha) to obtain REDD+ scheme incentive or compensation.
