In my own understanding, Human Resource Management it involves all management decisions

and actions that affect the relationship between the organization and its employees For
example, if you hire people into a business, you are looking for people who fit the company
culture as they will be happier, stay longer, and be more productive.

Into the present time, Involving employees in the decision-making process not only empowers
them to contribute to the success of an organization, but also saves the company time and
money in increased productivity and reduced outsourcing. Members of the top management
team regularly make decisions that affect the future of the organization and all its stakeholders,
such as deciding whether to pursue a new technology or product line. A good decision can
enable the organization to thrive and survive long-term, while a poor decision can lead a
business into bankruptcy. Managers at lower levels of the organization generally have a smaller
impact on the organization’s survival, but can still have a tremendous impact on their
department and its workers.
