In creation of community-based Nursing Diagnosis it’s important that these three elements are present
to be called Nursing Diagnosis (Main Problem, etiology and manifestation). Create 3 community nursing
diagnosis using this general problem and create 1 goal and 2 objective per community nursing diagnosis.
