Physical Fitness

After I exercised I felt better and lost some of my body aches. It is good for the
body to exercise especially in the elderly to prevent the onset of disease and prevent weakness of
the body. For us young people it is also good because it helps us keep our health in good
condition. You can eat well and you can do the right balanced diet. I was happy while doing it
because I was with my siblings to support me in what I was doing, my work was not so good and
orderly but we were happy and had a little bonding with my family. There are many reasons why
it is good for us to learn to exercise because it also plays a role in preventing the development
of mental health problems and in improving the quality of life of people experiencing mental
health problem. And I think physical fitness is important to us because  It improves respiratory,
cardiovascular health, and overall health. Staying active can also help you maintain a healthy
weight, reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and reduce your risk for some cancers.
Physical fitness can benefit you in many different ways such as reduce the risk of heart disease,
obesity, osteoporosis, stroke, and high blood pressure. That’s why I am very happy for doing this
kind of activities.
