10. What is User defined and system enabled?

User defines is what we can define in the system as the users and system enabled is-fields that
are enabled and can be used in the application.

11. What are Set enabled objects?

ANS: objects(fields) that you can enable in the system as per the business requirement.

Key FF-they are numeric.

Descriptive ff- they are dynamic-widely used by the organization. You can configure as per
company’s requirement and can be duplicated.

Extensive FF: they are dependent on other key fields and until the criteria is met we cannot see
them.

22. Navigation to Rehire an Employee?

23. Difference between Reverse Termination and Rehire?

Eg: if you have terminated the person and that was an error and want to add him back the same
day you can reverse the transaction and it will still have the same person no.
Whereas in rehire new employee or person no will be generated: eg: I have rejoined a company
after a year –you cannot reverse where as I will be rehired.

one , multiple –employee is assigned one primary assignment but in case if he is been assigned
