Dear PB Quite,

Greetings!

The Local Government Unit thru the MSWD Office will be holding PYAP Youth Camp on
November 12- 14, 2021 and Children’s Congress on November 19, 2021.

For PYAP Camp please be informed that a minimum of ten (10) PYAP officers are allowed
to attend the said activity. Foods and transportation will be shouldered by the barangay chargeable
to SK Fund. Venue for this activity will be coordinated to SK chairpersons once finalize.

For the Children’s Congress, only four (4) BCO Officers and one (1) guardian (either the
Barangay Kagawad Committee on Women, Children and Family or the SK Chairperson) are
allowed to participate. Snacks and lunch will be served to official participants. The venue will be at
MRV Gymnasium Sta. Cruz, Bato, Camarines Sur.
