Our Girls Soccer team will be playing for 3rd Place in State at US Bank Stadium at 8am on Thursday, November 2nd vs
Wayzata. As a school of excellence we always strive to support our strong academics and celebrate our top-notch co-
curriculars.

This form will clarify our policy as it relates to a student’s school attendance & this State Tournament event. Only those
students who wish to attend the game in person will be excused. Students will be expected back in class after the
completion of the game.

We want great fan support at the State Tournament, but if you are unable to attend the game, classes will be in session
and you will be expected to be in attendance at school. Attending the State Tournament is not required. If a student
chooses to attend, it will be excused as a school-related absence just like any class field trip. ** All students that choose
to attend the game are required to get their assignments ahead of time.

**Due to the quick turnaround time from yesterday’s game to the 3rd place game, this signed form will be turned AT
THE GAME to Mr. Zweber. Mr. Zweber will be seated in the LNHS student section.

Common Questions:
Why are we turning forms in at the game? Because students won’t be checking in to school first on Thursday, it is
easier to just bring the form with you to the game.

Why do students have to check-in? We want to support our classrooms and our team. If you aren’t in school…we
want you at the game…cheering on our team!

What are the Game Ticket Prices? $8 for students, $12 for adults.
Tickets will be sold at the doors of US Bank Stadium and online at: TICKETMASTER

transportation to the game on Thursday. We understand that students must check in with Mr. Zweber at the
game to make sure their absence is excused. We also understand that this form will be turned in to Mr. Zweber
at the game as well.

NO NOTES, PHONE CALLS, FAXES, or EMAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS EVENT.
THIS IS THE ONLY DOCUMENT THAT WILL BE ACCEPTED TO EXCUSE THE STUDENT.
